Awful company AVOID!!
Awful company, AVOID!, Ordered something, paid extra for tracked 24, 5 days later and nothing, then received a phonecall to say item wasn't in stock. I Asked for a refund, it's now almost a month later and no money refunded back to me. Not even bothering to respond to my numerous emails now either. How these guys are still allowed to trade is beyond me

Cannot fulfil orders. RIP OFF
Ordered 10 vapes, sent 4 of the flavour I ordered, 1 random one still missing 5 promised it would be resolved Monday then they just blank you. Will do a chargeback. Don’t do business with them they don’t deserve your hard earned cash!

Never use this company have paid £50 for vape order and extra for fast shipping 6 days later still nothing had a call yesterday apologising and promising me would be dispatched today with a gift as an apology have emailed them requesting refund now are not replying DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I wanted a refund but was refused & offered different products I didn't want. These are still to turn up!
I will be waiting until 30 days are up then doing a chargeback through my bank!

I odered a couple of vape devices from…
I ordered a couple of vape devices from vape area uk, on the 16th April, so right before Easter weekend, I paid for 48 tracked delivery, it was delayed because of Easter, I was a little concerned cancelled the payment via my bank, I then yesterday 25thApril received a call from vape area uk manager to let me know my parcel had been dispatched, plus a little gift for the delay, they had run out of stock and had to wait for more stock, I explained my concerns, he completely understood whybi thought I may have been a scam, refunded my the shipping cost & apologised profusely, I did feel a bit of a idiot, but you have to look out for these scam types, so turns out NOT A SCAM as parcel arrived today, and I'm very happy with it.
I think, maybe it would have been much easier if they had been morectrnsparent and more communication just to let me know they were out of stock would have been helpful, and I wouldn't have cancelled the payment.
I WILL be using Vape Area UK again in the future, & I highly recommend their company, & eventually how they resolved it and it came through good in the end.

This was possibly the worst experience…
This was possibly the worst experience I have had with an online company. As others have mentioned took my money, 12 days ago just before the Easter weekend with a 1-3 day delivery time. I chased 3 days later as not dispatched, I then checked the day before the weekend and had been assured each time that I would receive my parcel the next day. This however was not the case. On Good Friday I got a message to say that due to bank holidays this order would be delayed (6 days after ordering). We are now another week on and after 20+ phone calls, 4 of which were answered, they have been dispatched, but not the actual products I ordered. Not sure who is giving this company 5* because it is an utter sham!!

Very poor service
Paid for 24 hour tracked delivery. Waited 6 days then e-mailed. Asked for partial refund as not received yet. I was told they couldn't give any refund but would include free gift. Waited another 2 days to be delivered but no free gift. AVOID.

Do NOT use these jokers
Do NOT use these jokers , they will take your money and send nothing, then lie to you when you try to contact them, (if they actually reply) , and their phone instantly cuts you off , have now asked my bank to step in , AVOID and shop elsewhere.
Update , they have now said they do not have what I ordered and will be sending different flavours, why couldn't they say that in the first place, fools.

Ordered 5 vapes on the deal only received 3 nothing has been done about it as been in contact with them and still nothing they are just frauds been in touch with fraud department with my bank and they are investigating it.dont order from these scammers.

I bought some items and they never posted my vapes. I spent over £500 we qre on 3rd week and still no refund. Keep away!!!

I've only given 1 star, and shouldn't have given that. This company have taken my payment of £50.00, I have emailed them at least 6 times now asking where my order is, or to refund my money. I have not had one single reply from VapeArea - (apart from advising me about Eid celebration)
