Paid extra for quicker delivery
Paid extra for quicker delivery. Got a message yesterday stating that I would get my delivery today. Checked tracking and it states I won't be getting my delivery today. Asked why delivery has been delayed considering I paid extra for faster delivery - the excuse given was because disposables will be banned from next month. Not sure how that impacts my delivery if you have the products in stock....

Theives and con artists...PLEASE DONT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM OR YOU WILL BE ROBBED!
They took my money and I never recieved my order. It has been a month. Evri did not deliver to me and sent it back to them from their hub. Evri sent me proof of this. They have the items but won't refund me, they ignore your messages and just say "we will send tomorrow" it's been a month now!!! Give me my money back!!!!
UPDATE: despite the below I have sent dozens of messages and emails, same old. We will send tomorrow...still no order and no money back...absolute liars and thieves....we are now on over 2 months...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR PREPARE TO BE ROBBED AND NEVER SEE YOUR ITEMS OR MONEY AGAIN...REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS
I will not remove this review as it serves as a warning to others like the many other reviews on here from people you have STOLEN from...GIVE ME AND ALL THESE PEOPLE OUR MONEY BACK!!!

UPDATE: It’s now august and still nothing. Don’t bother.
awful. so unprofessional, waiting nearly 2 weeks and it hasn’t even been packed or shipped yet just for a single vape. contacted them twice both times they said they would get the team to update me never did and blanked me. take hours to respond and don’t answer their phone line. they don’t seem to have any care.

Absolute waste of space. avoid avoid avoid
I Place my order 11 days ago and still no delivery. A message was sent saying delivery had been dispached, but the courier confirmed no parcel had been sent.
This evening they phone me to tell me they were missing some of the vapes, but they would dispatch this evening, then they send me a message saying they completed my order 7 days ago. What a joke these people are. Never again will i order from them and i will make sure any other people i know that are potential customers avoid these idiots like the plague...
You are so committed to customer service it has taken more than 2 months to reply to my review.
What a joke of a company you are.....

Zero customer service
I placed an order on the 1st of my it's still not arrived or been dispatched. Communication from them is 0. I've had to chase them either the phone rings out, you don't get a response to email or what's app or if you do it's BS. I was told it would be shipped yesterday a whole almost 14 days later. I've used them before and it's not been that bad. I will never use this dog water company again.

Very poor customer service & delivery…
Very poor customer service & delivery times despite their 1-2 turnaround advertised on their website. After 10 days of waiting for my order, still no updates, even after messaging and emailing. Had to order elsewhere for my business, and already received 3 separate orders elsewhere placed days after this order.
Requested a refund, but as expected this has also been ignored and can’t ever get through to anyone on the phone.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews but this has really annoyed me. Like the previous review when they don’t have stock they don’t respond and don’t refund.
I’ve opened a card dispute now what a way to lose money and confidence.
Been a month now for some vape juice, come on guys, I don’t expect Amazon turn around time but I also don’t expect to be seeing the after life before it arrives . Incase Trustpilot want to review this my order number is 17604
UPDATE. What a stupid reply, I have emailed you several times and still not had a refund. Just robbery, unless you can refund me I will not be removing this review

Would give ZERO stars if possible.I ordered 29.4.25 paid for 1-3 days
delivery so should have arrived by 2.5.25 it didnt.Lost count of how many times i have emailed,phoned 2 numbers( no answer),Whats App,Contact Page,Live Chat.I was told on 6.5.25 that it would be requested to be despatched and i would be given tracking which i finally received.When i received my order there was some missing.I ordered 2 full boxes but when i looked 1 of the boxes had been opened and 2 items taken out of it.This is the worse company i have ever ordered from.

I called customer service number but no one responded they cheating me it's really bad company they steal my money it's really shame for this company. Ordered from this company a lot of…
Ordered from this company a lot of times and always been great but this time ordered and they sent half the order weeks after the order was placed, multiple calls in and they say we will dispatch it now but never happens! raised a dispute with the bank only to be told they have provided evidence it was received and they are closing the case! Now £120 out of pocket and will be staying far away from this company in the future! On one of the calls they advised they had just taken over so think change of owner! Avoid at all costs!!

Order was sent on time. Lovely friendly staff as always. They didn't have one of my favours in stick but called me & offered me another flavour which turned out far nicer than I picked. Great company. Always order at least two boxes or more every three weeks. Thanks again team! 5 stars all around.

Order received few days after order- maybe as I ordered after noon- as it states can take 2-3 business days-
Couldn’t get in contact via phone numbers but they did reply via WhatsApp- have been a customer for almost 2 years and have never had an issue with orders
