I ordered from this website in Aug. After following this up I received an update that the order is delayed due to staff shortages and banking issues. I have chased again on multiple occasions to request a refund and now receiving no reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered in June.

Wrong items sent, dont like the flavours and theyre not what i ordered.

They said they would refund.

Now nearly start of October, chasing my refund for weeks, get excuses everytime.

Dont buy from this company.

Scammer!!

Horrendous company for correspondence and delivery. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered from VApe Area by mistake after my last bad experience. it’s been a week so far and no tracking information, nothing other than them taking my money (shock) and it registering on the shop app. I can’t get through to them via WhatsApp, email or phone call. Have now threatened to report to trading standards. I don’t know how this shop is still open and running!? the majority of reviews on Google are bad and a lot struggle to get their money back when they haven’t sent the orders out! Theft is what that would fall under for the ones who couldn’t get a refund. This shop needs looking into!! If their this dodgey with legit routes imagine what’s going on under the counter

Well what can I SAYYYYYYY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMANY I LEARNT THE HARD WAY!!!!!!!!!!

On the 23rd of August I placed an order for £135.65 pounds and the site wassaying stock online 😄 the delivery should have taken 2 to 4 working days, let's just say it's September the 9th and still not recieved my order or a refund as promised I have been emailing and phoning for weeks they reply and stop answering back and then don't answer the phone I have had every excuse in the book given to me THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I HAVE HAD TO REPORT THEM TO MY BANK TO SEE IF I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK as I have the proof of contact and emails been sent.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE THEY ARE FAKE AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NO GOODS RECIEVED.

Placed an order middle of July to be told the items were out of stock and still waiting for a refund.

I don't recommend anyone. They stole my money and didn't send anything.

It was actually quite a good vape it was a tad bit late in delivery but it was good customer service ect I got a crystal pro twist no Nic vape for £9.99 but it rounded up to £12.49 with delivery and it has good flavours.

I stopped purchasing from company.
The shipments were shipped with significant delays...

Order was really late so after contacting them they apologized and said they would send another box as a free gift. The vapes arrived in undamaged boxes but when I opened them all but 2 were leaking and after weeks of phone calls and lies ended up out of pocket, do not trust these people.

Ordered 2 weeks ago. And not received anything. Total waste of money. Never use this site again they don’t answer calls or emails

IF YOU HAVE BEEN A VICTIM LIKE MYSELF I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU TO REPORT IT TO ACTION FRAUD AND TRADING STANDARDS LIKE I DID.
THE MORE REPORTS THEY GET THE QUICKER THEY WILL SEND THE AUTHORITIES AND THE QUICKER THEY WILL BE SHUT DOWN.
THEY DON'T REPLY TO EMAILS AND DOWN PICK UP THE PHONES.
I STARTED NOW MY CLAIM WITH MY CREDIT CARD PROVIDER TO TRY TO GET MY MONEY BACK.
MY NEXT MOVE WILL BE TO CREATE AS MUCH EVIDENCE AS POSSIBLE, CREATE A FILE TO SEND TO MANCHESTER CITY COUNCIL AND DROP ONE TO MY LOCAL POLICE.
I WILL BE DOING EVERYTHING I CAN TO MAKE SURE THIS GUYS DON'T SCAM ANYONE ELSE

Stay clear of this company I ordered vapes never arrived emailed, was advised would take another 3 days, never arrived now they not answering emails,phone calls or WhatsApp, been 2 weeks now, got my bank involved wish I had checked previous reviews

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have ordered from them few times before and apart from delayed order or out of stock i always received so i again i stupidly ordered £76 worth of vapes on 5th July. After numerous emails, whatsapp and trying to ring shop number and mobile number. I've still not received or my refund. They rang me via whatsapp one evening to ask for my bank details (made sure no money was in there) told me they tried to request refund via their website a week prior but no luck (lies). Told me i would get refund after having to chase them again with endless texts and calls I got a response saying its been put onto their finance team and I should get a refund by monday 28th... well, its now 29th July and no signs of refund. Tried to message on WhatsApp numerous times. Just get ignored. Even when they've been active as can see the last seen. Absolutely appalling customer service virtually non existent. Company should be closed down.

I am so kicking myself for not checking recent reviews on this company. I have been ordering from them since January of this year. Apart from a few out of stock issues and delayed delivery I have received all my previous orders. I placed an order for £161 worth of different vapes and liquids on the 15th of July 2025 expecting to receive the order by the 18th of July 2025. That did not happen. I have tried sending chase up messages asking for order updates via email, WhatsApp and live chat but have received no order updates or reasons why. I have informed my bank and sent the company the name of my case handler and didn't even receive any response to that. I think it's safe to say I'm not going to be seeing my order or a refund without a drawn out experience. The only thing I have not attempted to do is go to the business address provided on the website and registered with company house. I will be in Manchester in the immediate future so will actually do that if nothing has been received by than. THIS COMPANY SHOULD HAVE THEIR RIGHT TO TRADE REMOVED. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEMYOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR ORDER OR A REFUND

Unfortunately, I have to add my name to the list of people who placed an order but received nothing – except an email promising delivery within 2 days, without ever shipping anything. I strongly advise against using this website.

ordered vapes over 2 week ago and still not been delivered or even heard a single thing about postage tracking etc.. can’t get in touch with anyone for help absolutely disgusting ripping people off.
