items didn't turn up sent 4 emails no reply i lost alot of money . this company should be stopped

I order selection of vapes 30.9.25 nothing arrived contact them via email they apologized one was out of stock and they were waiting for delivery and then the would sent out 1st class received email saying the were sending out items, week later still nothing sent another email no response, text on WhatsApp got response apologizing again and it would sent asap u should receive by Saturday. To date nothing received and I telephoned landline no answer I have telephoned WhatsApp number and left message nothing back . This firm are scammers

Scam! I placed an order using their website, it clearly states on the website that all products are genuine. I received fake products and the scammers have not responded to any correspondence. Reported to bank and police

I would give zero stars or negative ones if possible. I placed an order and very stupidly paid not on a credit card. Items weren’t dispatched. I contacted them again and again, no response. I even threatened legal action and still no response. They just take your money and don’t send you anything.

Ordered vapes months ago, didn’t deliver. Requested a refund and they are refusing to provide one claiming a new bank but then they go and send their new offers out everywhere.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, the bank gave just refunded my fraud claim. These people will lie to you on the phone. They will pretend to send goods via royal mail and give you a tracking number but when you attempt to track Royal mail advise they are waiting for further details.

Having placed previous orders with acceptable outcomes, I experienced a delay with my most recent order. While past deliveries arrived within a week, with occasional notification of missing items, an order placed on September 10th has yet to be fulfilled as of October 21st. Despite multiple inquiries, the status remains pending due to supplier delays, with a projected delivery timeframe repeatedly extended.

If a could give less than a one star a would. Ordered some vapes no communion with them to tell me anything. Aye decide to ring and find out what is going on with my order the say that they need to wait until the come into stock even though they have on the site that they are in stock, so a waited another two weeks still nothing and and after ringing one million times a finialy get in touch to get a refund and the buy don’t have s refund so stay away from this company 👍biggest scam ever

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. I placed an order with high expectations, but not only was the item never delivered, I’ve also been left chasing a refund that still hasn’t materialised.
Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I’ve received vague responses and empty promises. There has been no transparency, no resolution, and absolutely no sense of urgency or responsibility from the company.
This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before placing an order. A business that fails to deliver and refuses to refund is not one I can trust.

Avoid at all cost.
Constant excuses and delays. Ordered in August 2025, nine weeks later still not received.
Scammer.
Would not refund or send order out saying they had no stock, but were still displaying same product on their website.
Email failed to send, I assume it was a full inbox.
Only coms I received were via WhatsApp, but to took days even weeks to respond with one excuse after another.
Raised with action fraud and reported to bank as a scam. Eventually got money back from the bank, hopefully they will get it back from vape area uk.

Ordered on September 2025. after a week, they called me that they don't have in stock(actually selling goods that does not exist at all).

I asked for refund and after a couple of days, I have been told to fill the Form. I filled the form on September the middle, but still waiting for refund.

They do not respond to phone or WhatsApp and Email.

Ordered once, came late but not a problem, Ordered a second time, chased the order 4 times, told there was a delay with shipment, then supplier issues, then told my vape product had been discontinued so asked for a refund, spoke to someone on the phone who said they'd refund shortly and nothing. Have tried to chase the refund since and have been told my order will be shipped soon?? Absolute BS

I ordered from this store on the 27th of September it’s now the 9th of October I still haven’t received my order I can’t refund it they havnt got back any of my emails I just feel like I’ve been mugged off won’t advise anyone ordering from here u won’t received ur order

I placed an order two weeks ago and this company has effectively stolen my money. They are brazenly selling and charging for goods that they clearly do not have in stock. This isn't just poor management; it's a fundamental dishonesty in their business model.
Terrible customer service and outright deceit:
False Advertising. They take your money immediately for items they simply don't possess. My order from two weeks ago has vanished and it’s impossible to get a positives response .
They Ignored Communication.They barely reply to emails or support requests. When they do finally grace you with a response (usually days later), it's a completely hollow promise that the stock will arrive "by the next working day." That's a flat-out lie used to string you along.
Refund Nightmare: This is where the true scam becomes clear. I requested a refund, and since then, I have been met with total radio silence. They take your money instantly, but try to get it back? Forget about it. They simply ignore you, hoping you'll give up.
This company should not be trading. They operate by taking customers' money for phantom stock, lying about delivery timelines, and then ignoring refund requests. It's nothing short of a huge scam and incredibly frustrating. Save yourself the headache, the money, and the time, and shop literally anywhere else. You've been warned!

Worst company ever I have waited 1 month for some vapes after messaged them ever day and they have finally sent me them but of tick tok shop this is a scam company ans they kept saying g something about staff ans a awaiting from sullpier scam scam scam

Keep well away from this company in August I placed an order for £375 still not received the order or refund I've tried countless times to contact them and they just fob you off with made up stories and false promises.

The excuses are banks are frozen , they have been taken over by a new company they even once told me my order was on the way in the next couple of days then sorry staff shortage but seem to have no issues sending promotion emails.

Ive used this company in the past with no issues hence why I didn't read before I ordered and it seems they are just trying to con as many people as possible, I constantly still receive marketing emails with discount code so they have no conscience and are still trying to rip people off.

They use fast payment "bank transfer methods to make it very difficult to get your money back as this is a loop hope around your usual masters card or visa charge back insurance.

They know exactly what they are doing and its stealing your money keep well clear!!!

I have reported them to the fraud action team i urge anybody else to do the same i am in the process of reporting them to trading standards.

I ordered my vapes worth £83 I have never received my order they are ignoring my emails &will send one every now &then saying their out of stock &will get my vapes sent soon I'm fed up of waiting this company should not be allowed to advertise so wrong

I ordered from this company on the 13th of August. Till today I have still not received the vapes. I have veen what's apping them and they sent a refund form on the 6th of September and I have still not received a refund. I wish I read the reviews before as this company is a total scam. I use Vape&Go. I never had a problem with them and I get my vapes within 2-3 days. This company has robbed my money!

Avoid this company. I ordered on the 12th September and then saw the reviews!!! After a few emails requesting delivery info I was informed they were awaiting a delivery of product which was due in a couple of days. That delivery never arrived and following a request for a refund I have been informed that the bank has frozen their account and they can not make transactions or refunds !!! Id like to bet they can still receive payments though !!! My order was only for a small value but I hope someone reports them , they should not be allowed to continue trading..
