Very quick delivery
Bought a pair of vans on Wednesday online and they were delivered the next day - very happy with my experience and personally I would buy from them again.
Terrible quality and customer service
Terrible quality and customer service. This is the second pair i bought from Vans that rips above the toes in just over a year from just wearing. I don't skate, so just regular walking. Despite their 2 year warranty advertising, which clearly states "A product is "faulty" where a manufacturing or material fault occurs within 2 years...", they refused a refund or a replacement. Adding yet another worldwidr rich company to the league of rip-offs and legalised frauds. Will never buy anything from Vans again.
Looks good, but extremely uncomfortable
After an hour I have calluses all over my feet. It's the first time I have it on the lowest part of a toe >_< The sole is excessively rigid. Very uncomfortable to wear

they kept my money and they claim never received the items, proof of email and tracking receipt provided and still denying. what a joke!

Awful product and awful customer service.
After purchasing 1 pair of a certain shoe, it developed a fault in a very odd place, nearly after a year. I did figure it was just from wearing them all the time. I purchased the exact same pair again and within 3 months, they developed the same fault. Contacted the company to be told wear and tear. How can you call the same fault, in the same shoe,in the same place, wear and tear? Definitely won't be shopping with them again which is a shame ad I really loved those shoes.

A few occasions now, i purchased the 2 pairs of the same shoes, in the same colour, one fits fine, the other causing pains in different areas.
Hoold 2 pairs of the same shoes up, and you will see how different they are.
Replica's from m n s or john lewis are half the price and better, i can no longer by these crappy shoes.
What’s wrong with Vans customer care
i love Vans trainers. However if you have a misfortune of having to return faulty items, customer service (not the shop staff) have made a decision for me never to buy anything from them again. My refund money has been put on a not working gift card, followed by numerous non working promotions codes (takes them 4 days to issue one). There is no escalation process, if you have a complaint, once you call the customer service. There is no Head Office number, you get through a shop in Covent Garden. There is no manager from the call centre who returns requested call back. I don’t know what happened to Vans, but I’ll never be going shopping at Vans again
Horrible shipping delays !!!
I was going to leave a review about the shipping delays and I can’t believe the rating is so low and everyone is experiencing the same issue !!! You would expect a company like Vans to send in the best delays and have an amazing customer service but it’s the complete opposite. I ordered on their website for the first time 3 weeks ago (a pair of socks) they took 5 days to send and when it eventually got to Yodel, the tracking said it was still with Vans for 5 more days before it actually start moving. A week ago I thought I’d let them another chance and order a pair of shoes that was still not sent yesterday and when I emailed to know where my order was, i miraculously received an email saying it was shipped. And of course the tracking says it still with vans… anyway. I’ll wait at this point but this is literally the last time I order from their website.

Great customer service from ‘Jordan’ at the Braintree Village Outlet Store.
Polite, helpful and very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Was shopping for presents for my sons birthday and this staff member was very knowledgeable about the products. Very rare these days to receive such good service. He’s a credit to the company and we will definitely return to this store again.

buy vans they make good stuff but dont order from vans the pick rate in their warehouse must be so low its got to be the best warehouse in the UK to work at. apparently you cant cancel an order after its placed. A small skateshop in the UK can ship a pair of trainers in a couple of days but vans cant......funny how i got a notification my order had been shipped 2 hours after i asked where my stuff is, almost like someone had missed it....nah couldn't be that, it was just good timing
Terrible Quality and Design
Bought a pair of Vans in Ireland while on holiday, a couple days later I am having to get rid of them because there is blood coming through my sock from my baby toe rubbing.

Usual Vans Excellence
I had an issue in that the tracking of the one particular pair of shoes didn't update on Yodel for near a week despite the rest of the order despatching at the same time and arriving the next day, but customer services were absolutely excellent. Not only that, but after I had contacted them about my concern on the tracking not working, they actually kept an eye on my order. An hour after I had an email from Yodel that my order had finally moved along to it's next stages of delivery, I had an email from 'Ligia G' that they had been updated on the delivery which was entirely unexpected after reading all the negative reviews. The same person handled my issue throughout and was incredibly polite, supportive and all-out excellent in their approach.
All the products I received were exactly what I expected with no condition issues, or defects, were well packaged and everything else you'd expect

I bought a pair of tracksuit bottoms on the 11th of Feb. Returned them as they were significantly larger than advertised.
Received a receipt to say they had been received within a few days, and returned the same day.
I'm still waiting for a refund and it's now the 7th of March.
I'll never buy from them again.

If i could leave zero stars i would at first when i ordered it said my order would arrive Friday 24th February now its suddenly 1march absolutely ridiculous delivery service! my advice dont order from these if your buying as a gift for a birthday they dont give a damn either
No attempt to fulfil my order
Placed an order for some items on sale. I had an email confirmation stating the order had been shipped, however the Yodel delivery link status was flagged as booked and the parcel still with Vans. 18 days later there is still no progress and Vans haven't made a single attempt to update me on the order. I called Vans customer service a week ago and was told there had been an issue with the computer systems and that it "shouldn't take too much longer to resolve". I've called again today and have now been told the parcel is likely lost and that the order will be cancelled. Conveniently the items I ordered are no longer available which leads me to believe Vans accepted an order which they could not fulfil. Still they're happy to keep hold of my £250.
Save yourself the hassle and avoid!
Delivery sent to wrong address
Delivery was sent to a wrong address and picked up by someone else and they are not taking the blame. They use Yodel and judging by the number of negative reviews, a lot of people are complaining about wrong deliveries. Will never use them again!
Great gear, awful warehouse and courier - AVOID…
I ordered some clothes for my son’s birthday and when they didn’t arrive I got in contact with their customer service dept. Felt like something was amiss so came on here to look at their reviews. I’ve had to put a claim through PayPal as I placed my order on 29.01.23 and it still hasn’t arrived and I still don’t have a refund. There seems to be issues at their warehouse and with their courier. Such a shame as their gear is great.
1 star from me I’m afraid as two weeks and counting on any order or refund and I expect I will be waiting some time.
No customer care
I love Vans products, I just hate that they have no customer service and choose the cheapest, least reliable and slowest courier in Yodel. Vans should be able match the level of customer support achieved by other similar sized companies. A shame they have tarnished thier products with corner cutting to give some executives a pay day. Stop wasting money on bribing influencers and improve quality of service.
A change of courier
Worn Vans for 30+ years, love the clothing but service has been ropey since pre covid, last order was missing items which took a month to chase. Only ordered again down to a bargain offer, glad I did, used UPS and arrived within a couple of days.
