Great experience
Would've given 5 stars were it not for the fact that we were given a free tracking device and promised a portable tag for tracking the vehicle on our mobiles. Jack even showed us a demo of the one he had on his own phone. However this has never appeared and despite following it up with the showroom, it still hasn't appeared that has left us a bit annoyed.
**Happy to update to 5 stars as we received a call from Sophie following up on our review. She was very helpful and sent out the missing tag and documents.

If it would allow me I wouldnt pick a star!
We went here to purchase a grandlandx. we went back a couple of times to test drive then with our 3 children and carseats to make sure they fit. Test drive went okay, children for so we went ahead and brought it, it took a while to go through all the paper work and we were paying it in full so god help if it was finance. They kept trying sell us additional add ons too (tracker, additional shine on paint work etc).
Anyway this car was picked up Monday 18th may (evening) and broke down on myself and my children 21st may. WET BELT SNAPPED!! The AA man who came to me said they would do known that needed doing over 6 months ago.
Cowboys!!
Anyway long story short the car we rejected and after along wait 4 weeks after it was brought we have had a full refund!
Stay clear guys I wish I listened to my gut!

Bought a car recently
Bought a car recently. Had no problems with the car but, due to unforeseen circumstances i had to sell the car. Now I have been told i cannot cancel the warranty as it has to be cancelled within 14days of taking it out. And i have been informed it’s in the contract. What a load of nonsense. I can not predict the further. Warranties should be allowed to cancel whenever. I have never come across this. So that’s £123 a month I need to pay or the full £1457. And that loads of money i need to pay when i don’t even own the car anymore. And the after sales is rubbish. I have not managed to speak to the dealer who sold me the car since i bought it. Their calls keeps going to a call centre. And the email i was given for the dealer was incorrect.

Bought a Tesla Model 3 from V12 Sports and Classics on 14 April. The same evening I noticed a fault/noise caused by broken aero covers, recorded a video, and reported it straight away by phone and email.
Over three weeks later, the issue is still unresolved. Communication has been poor, emails have not been properly answered, and I feel I’m being passed around rather than helped.
Disappointing aftersales experience, especially for a fault reported on the day of purchase.

Aftersales complete joke do not buy warranty sat on phone 3 days running for 1hr each day (your call will be ansewered in order) sales pick up imediatly but tgen put uou back on hold e mails unanswerd .
Fantastic at pushing sale through but once you drive away your on your own .

Worse company ever to buy a car from don't touch with a barge pole. Bought a car end of October 2025 it's being in the garage more than at home and guess what the warranty doesn't cover it

From the minute I walked in Jack made me feel at ease and was very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and all questions were answered. Jack was very friendly, as were his colleagues. Would highly recommend, love my new car after a great deal. 5*

Miss sold warranty
I bought my car from here and purchased the warranty even though my car was already covered by the manufacturer warranty as I was informed it covered paintwork too. I tried to use the warranty for paintwork and was informed this was not the case. Now my car actually has an issue which should be covered under warranty the warranty company momentum won’t even see my car because it is still covered under the manufacture warranty therefore I have been charged £750 for a warranty I cannot use!
