If you return faulty goods,its hell to get a refund,then when you do,you get a phone call telling you that YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ARE BARRED FROM THERE SHOP (STOKE)you could not make it up,

Me and my friend came into utopia in stoke with the intent to shop - we had a baby with us 1 year old and we were browsing .My friend is a type 1 diabetic , her alarm popped up to say she needed to take some insulin - we looked around the shop and the shop was empty no other customers in sight or staff members from our logic . My friend took her insulin as I was browsing the bags - a staff member- women blonde walked up to us , her body language stuck up and a face on her , she said in a rude way “are you ok , do you not want to go in the fitting room “ my friend replied “no I’m ok I’m just taking my insulin “ she then responded “ I know , that’s why I said to go in the fitting room “ again with attitude and a face on her . She started to walk away . My friend then said calmly “I’m only taking my insulin “ . The women then swung around flipped her hair and started shouting abuse at us calling us names , she said something along the lines of “ you don’t have to be gobby “ so my friend said “what” , I then said to my friend come on let’s leave as we were walking out she continued to shout names at us calling us gobby and mouthy and then shouted get out of my store , which we were already leaving - this was laughable and uncalled for the women had no respect for her customers and wondered why her shop had no customers- she probably shouted at them too - she looked as if she wanted to have an argument with us as we were already leaving the shop when she was name calling .it was completely uncalled for .We have been in high end shops before where my friend required to take insulin and they respected and offered help in a manner-able way and they didn’t have an issue . I feel as if this women should of approached us in a better way instead of with attitude and pulling faces as if she was disgusted with us .
This is a form of DISCRIMINATION as it was unfair treatment and negative actions taken against someone with diabetes .

Utopia's clothing is stylish, but the sizing can be inconsistent. The quality is decent, but the prices are a bit steep for what you get.

Unfortunately unable to give a minus 5 review. Please avoid this company at all cost.!!! They are a total Rip
Off and will steal your money and NOT send you your order !!!

I also ordered Ralph Lauren jumpers +watch. Received one green jumper wrong size no motifs no care labels nothing jumper unwearable. Please be aware. I have emailed them twice and had on response so have notified my bank.

I ordered 2 Ralph Lauren jumpers in a medium with a free watch I receive the jumpers which was not RL in a large no watch I have tried to contact them for them to send a return label and said I wanted a refund they have not emailed me back so DO NOT ORDER From them it's A SCAM WEB SITE I HAVE REPORTED IT MY BANK AS THEY WOULD HAVE YOUR BANK DETAILS AND COULD SCAM YOU AGAIN AS THEY HAVE DONE WITH ME SAYING I ORDERED ANOTHER SET OF THE JUMPERS

** DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY** If I could give less than 1 Star, I would. I, like others, it would appear, have been duped by these scammers. SAME AS OTHERS, ORDERED TWO TOPS AND WATCH, AND RECEIVED JUST ONE TOP AND NO WATCH! Trading Standards...here I come! IF you are caught out by these scammers, claim your money back via your bank!

Fraud. This company is not real you can’t contact them. Your transaction will go through and a confirmation of posting will be sent to email in approx 5 days. Giving the frauds enough time for the transaction not to be reversed from your bank

This company are ripping people off.
I ordered two jumpers and a watch that looked like Ralph Lauren, received one Jumper and nothing else and nothing else will come either I sent email after email asking what’s going on but no reply.
I perhaps should’ve done my due diligence beforehand but I could not have expected to have been conned.
Absolute disgraceful that they can still trade.
I would recommend everyone contacts Trading Standards to get them shut down as you cannot contact them in any way to my knowledge.

After my previous experience and review, I came across the same advert from this company that lured me in. 2 Ralph Lauren jumpers and a watch, this time for £49. Do NOT under any circumstances fall for this scam, you will not get what you pay for. Its about time Trading standards investigated this company and arrested the proprietors for fraud!

Do not buy anything from this Company.I also purchased 2 pullovers& a watch,eventually,they sent 1 pullover,the wrong size& wrong pullover.Despite saying they hv 24/7 call centre ,hv had no replies to any e mails& indeed not sure any hv got through.
I hv now lodged info with my bank to try& get funds back but am not hopeful.
Paid for goods on 1st Feb,2025.This is not an honest trading company.Please do not but anything from them.

Very very poor service the goods I ordered did not arrive for weeks and when they did arrive they were the wrong sizes and half the order was missing.
Again very very poor service.

I ordered 3 items only 1 came and the item that came isn't what I ordered

Scam, ordered 2 jumpers and a watch, only one part of the order arrived, poor poor quality!!! Tried to contact them, email address is wrong.
Big thank you to Barclays for refunding the money.

Do not use this company. Absolute fraudsters. Clothing is nothing like the pictures, only received 1 of three items I paid for. I ordered XL and couldn't even get the jumper on. Ended up giving it to my wife who is size 6!! Do not use!!
