Solo paso por aqui para decirles q USAFIS es una banda de delincuentes especialistas en estafar a la gente ,las opiniones positivas son falsas ,mi consejo es q ni se te ocurra siquiera darle un mail o numero de telefono son ESTAFADORES.

In the year 2021, I decided to start the process of acquiring an EB2-NIW visa. To do so, I looked for various options and found USAFIS online. They seemed like a very experienced and serious company. It all began with a small payment for the feasibility study, and then the process started with a high-value payment of approximately $2,000 USD. This payment initiated the process. As time went by, they requested documents and the filling out of forms. After each "Stage," I was contacted by a different person, mainly to request payments of similar or higher amounts than the one previously mentioned.

I began to grow suspicious because after each payment was made, there was not much progress; they would simply disappear for a while and then say that the process was going very well. They claimed that everything was in favor of the visa being approved. A year passed, and the process with USCIS had not even begun, so I decided not to make any more payments. When speaking with one of the people who contacted me, this person mentioned they would talk to the boss to see if they could continue the process with the amount already paid, but they kept delaying and did not respond. I then wrote to all the emails from which they had contacted me, and they did not respond either. Today, they insist that my visa has been approved and that the United States Department of State will contact me. They are demanding more payments, and therefore, I do not believe this to be true.

Let's make it simple: they are scammers.

Once the payment is processed, you can forget about them.

Legal actions are being taken due to the lack of response from this "agency".

I require a refund for my money as it has been more than a year without receiving any response from this company. I have maintained a record of my emails and evidence to present in court if necessary. This level of unprofessionalism and unacceptable service is highly disappointing. It is not ethical to accept someone's money and then ignore them. I strongly discourage others from engaging with this company. Please take note that my reference number is [insert reference number]. It is advisable to exercise caution when relying on any agent who claims to help with your travel arrangements, as they could potentially deceive you and exploit your funds and important documents. After a considerable amount of time has passed, they will inform you that you do not meet the qualifications, yet they will still demand payment. If their intentions were truly genuine, why don't they help you travel first and request payment upon arrival in the USA?
