Paid them over $5k for processing for a work visa, 3 years later they just sent me to a third party (they say is a “sister organization”) named VISACONSULTING which is asking me for more money. i am asking for a refund so they avoid my calls and emails, and hang up on me. I filed a FRAUD REPORT with the FTC and thE DOJ, if you are on the same situation you should do the same.

Estafadores, iniciamos el proceso en 2022, se les canceló 40.000 dólares y nunca dieron respuesta, que ya ingresaron los documentos y nunca enviaron nada, que estaba por concretarse la consular interview y nada, llamaban supuestamente del Centro consular de Kentucky (KCC) a pedir más pagos para ya terminar el proceso, siempre llamaban a pedir más dinero, Luis Vanegas en octubre 2022 inicio el proceso,se realizó pagos y luego Julian James en 2023 se realizó pagos, total de la estafa USD 40.000, solo llamaban a que realicemos más pagos y ningún resultado, cuando les deje de contestar no volvieron a llamar hasta la fecha, pero ya me estafaron con el valor señalado

Mientras hablaba con una de las consultoras , me preguntaron sobre capital disponible para contratar lo servicios y si la tarjeta de crédito utilizada para pagar los 5 dólares es la misma, me preguntaron los datos de mi tarjeta e intentaron debitar el monto exacto que les comenté. Cómo mi tarjeta de crédito de recarga no puediron robarme y se pusieron agresivos conmigo. Es una estafa cuidado

Hans confíen en esta red de ladrones! Me ofrecieron lo que jamás me cumplieron y solo me robaron 30 mil dólares!!
Cuidado con ese lugar! No caigan en la trampa de que ellos le ayudarán a tramitar una green card

My experience with USAFIS has been extremely disappointing and financially damaging.
I was charged over USD 21,000 based on promises that they would assist with arranging immigration documentation and approvals for me and my family. During the sales process, their representatives created a strong impression that they had the expertise, capability, and connections to support a successful immigration process.
Unfortunately, after making the payment, the reality was very different.
The service delivered did not match the expectations that were set during the sales discussions. Communication became inconsistent, and meaningful progress on the case was unclear. When I decided to cancel the application and requested a full refund, the situation deteriorated further.
Despite sending multiple emails and making several attempts to escalate the issue, I have not been able to reach a decision-maker within the organization. My requests for cancellation and refund have not been addressed in a transparent or professional manner.
What is most concerning is the lack of accountability and responsiveness from the company after receiving such a significant payment.
For any organization handling sensitive matters such as immigration services, professionalism, transparency, and ethical conduct should be the minimum standard. Unfortunately, my experience with USAFIS has fallen far short of these expectations.
At this stage, I am still seeking:
Formal cancellation of my application
A full refund of the USD 21,000 paid
Direct communication with a responsible decision-maker who can resolve this matter
I strongly encourage anyone considering working with this company to conduct extensive due diligence before making any financial commitments.
I hope the company will take this complaint seriously and work toward resolving this matter professionally and promptly.

They keep going in their attempt to cheat and steal money. I have been lured on the false promise to win the "lottery" they advertise. Actually, in 2022, I have been stolen more than 4000 € on the basis that I and my family memebers were a step far from the target.
Now (2026), they resume a new attempt to cheat with new emails.
To everybody intersted in, it is a scam organisation.

I don't need any call from USAFIS. I just need my refund, compensation, and a formal letter of apology for the blatant deceit to an innocent poor African man like me, a father of five. I am formally appealing to FBI to act swiftly for justice to be administered, like how they quickly drifted to our country for the alleged cybercriminals, whom we here don't tolerate. Similar efforts should be expedited for me. I don't need any calls; use my name to retrieve payment and information from your database.

I can't fault USAFIS on their customer service - they have always been polite and helpful on the phone. The question is whether they are actually able to find you relevant jobs and submit your documentation in return for the fees you have paid.
Moving to another country and finding employment is not easy these days and if your funds are limited, you need to be careful where you put them.

The "agent" on phone also tries to force you into giving this details with a sense of urgency. "Provide now because registration ends soon!!"
Also, sending a lot of spam mails, even after one "unsubscribes".
I see they now also have a bunch of fake reviews here....
