Louise has been very helpful throughout the last 6 weeks since I signed the tenancy agreement. She always replies promptly to queries and has a positive attitude and a courteous manner which has significantly eased the pressure of moving home.

Recent Experiences
We’ve lived here for 6 months, urban bubble as far as we have seen are usually pretty bad with replies, help and management altogether. But Carl ,who came to fix our drain around 2 months ago, and Ali who came to inspect our apartment today were very friendly and pleasant to be around. Compared to the emails we get, we appreciate these two. Thank you.

Absolutely disgusting service from urbanbubble. Stay away.
I am a landlord and urbanbubble were my freeholders management company.
I had an ongoing leak caused damage to my tenants furniture/appliance and internal damage to my flat, this was not dealt with despite 6 months worth of complaints, kept being told they were awaiting an invoice from a contractor.
On initial purchase of property, they took 2 months to give details of lease and register my details.
Sarah Hill at urbanbubble was very rude and passive aggressive.
Any landlords/tenants steer clear of anything to do with urbanbubble.
Appalling management of one of my flats in Liverpool
Urban Bubble manage 4 of my flats. The electric water heater broke down and they reported that they need to send someone to repair it. I asked for the appointed electrician to call me from the property to provide an analysis of what was wrong, whilst they were on site and before they carried out the work. The appointment was fixed for the Wednesday 5th and I cleared my diary so that I could take the call, yet no call materialised. When I emailed UB the next day they weren't aware that there was no call and that they would find out what happened. They said that the immersion needed replacing and that the contractor didn't have one and has ordered one. They said that it would take a few days and meanwhile we would have to pay to put the tenants up in a hotel! This was delivered as an open ended solution, meaning I could be paying this for days on end without an end game. It was only when I asked UB to call other contractors that they said they had, but implied that there was nothing that could be done gf and please confirm you will pay for the tenants hotel. They seem to miss the point that they work for us, as Landlords, not the tenants. I cant believe that a week after reporting that the water heater is broken that there is noone in Liverpool who can fix it. Appalling!!

Excellent customer service
Until recently, I have been very frustrated with Urban Bubble services. They would go weeks without replying to emails and emails were never signed off by an individual, and therefore it was even more difficult to follow up.
However, I am extremely grateful to Adeeb Ahmed who has taken over the correspondence with me. He is proactive, timely and helpful in his correspondence and I have very recently felt, my best interests are being looked after. Fingers crossed I get to keep Adeeb as my contact with Urban Bubble

I agree with Alex Jackson, UB started off quite well being my Property Management. Eventually after the first year, everything started going downhill with no communication and evidence of fixes required. Now that I plan to change Management company, they ignore my emails for over a month. They don’t pick up my calls and refuse to take any action including their own responsibilities that should have been done. As a premium management company, refusing and ignoring communication is the last thing you should do.

We have let our property with Urban bubble for 18 months
He lets us know of any issues immediately, is hugely diligent on payments being made on time and is extremely helpful with sharing any necessary documents for administrative purposes. I could not recommend his services enough and is largely the reason we continue to work with Urban Bubble, thanks so much Adeeb!!!
