Very bad management service talking…
Very bad management service talking about charging a not cheap amount of service fee per month. Always over spending and claim from owners without notifying us before they spend the money. Pet’s shit all over the lobby with no one at reception noticing it. No action on finding out which residence’s fault , no notice at communal area to remind pet owner to take care of their own pet’s shit.

This is a specific review for Claire Jones who is the property manager of Advent 2/3 in Manchester. I just want to highlight how proactive and helpful she has always been when dealing with me as a leaseholder. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

My tenants failed to settle rental payments on time for a few occasion. Adeeb had been keeping me informed for the whole situation and collection process. Adeeb worked diligently and were able to recover rental arrears from the tenants at the end.

Students renting a house
I am an international student, and this is my first time renting a house in the UK. It is always difficult to rent a house in a less familiar country, thanks to urbanbubble and rightmove for their help.
Xavier helped me a lot, although sometimes our contact is not so instant, he still helped me complete all the steps of renting a house, now I just wait for me to become an adult to complete the final information filling.

Very poor company
Very poor company. Our building management was transferred from them to POD, following lousy management by them. Upon transferring my account they put “Professional Charges” of £288 on my account without providing an explanation for this charge. When I phone to clarify, message says no one available to take call. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Bad experience
I have an apartment rented out and with block management by this company. It is a nightmare for me. Service Charges suddenly increased due to overpayment to contractors and for the letting contract, money was deducted from rental income without reasons. My property was very poorly managed.

They keep 'losing' my rent
I live in a building run by them and have for almost 2 years now. I have a standing order set up to pay rent, so I will never forget.
Every few months they accuse me of not paying rent with a threatening letter. I've never missed a single payment.
When I email back with proof, they eventually fix it (with or without replying). It's exhausting to have my housing held above my head constantly because they can't sort their records out.

Shocking building management company
Shocking building management company; lifts left unfixed for sometimes months on end, repeatedly ask for large sums of money to balance their books with zero explanation as to what they cannot financially manage, repairs not completed etc etc. You can’t speak to anyone and your emails either go unanswered or they dontanswer any of the repeated points you raise. They are now allegedly leading the way with managing the inflammable cladding being replaced and in 12 months (not to mention the three years before that) since they announced that Lovell would be carrying out the work, they have achieved nothing. If you raise it they avoid answering. They’ll hopefully start listening once You & Yours on radio 4 broadcast the interview I’m doing with them. Absolutely disgraceful company. Thiefs. Sharks. Liars. Incompetent. Garbage.

Urban Bubble shambolic management
Urban Bubble have been an absolute disgrace as a management company. Constantly overspending with little rationale for this. Dreadful management of the communal areas. Very hard to see where all the money was going. We removed them as the management company for the building. Since then we are now being billed £35,380 from 2 years ago as yet another overspend from when they were shambolically managing our building. The service charge has also increased 20% to cover unpaid invoices from when they were managing. Avoid this company at all costs!!!
