We have always bought our carpets from United Carpets. We find them very reasonably priced . A good range of carpets and if you need a particular carpet we have found their price has been lower than the competition. We have never had a problem with the fitting or had reason to call the shop re fitting. The staff are helpful , not pushy , and pleasant. In all I would definatly recommend United Carpets.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The gentlemen in the shop could not have been more helpful with picking the correct carpet and floor covering for my mum. He listened to me and took his time. The two gentlemen who came to fit them were so respectful and cleaned and tided all the spare carpet away into bags which was way more than I expected. Well done to all.

Recently used united carpets on numerous occasions over the last year Queens road Sheffield , l have to say we were treat with professionalism at all times the counter staff were very pleasant and polite. When the fitters arrive they were all equally polite professional and efficient. Didn't mess around when carrying out their jobs . Clean and quick . I can certainly recommend all the team at queen's road including James who fitted my son whole house well done to everyone

Really positive experience from the United Carpets store on Queens Road, Sheffield. We’d researched online about a carpet for our spare bedroom and had some questions about different offers. Staff in the store were knowledgeable and friendly. We purchased from them and had it fitted a few weeks later - incredibly fast fitting (10 mins max!) and it looks great. Will be going back in the future

We went to the shop after sending for some samples online. Service and knowledge from the staff was exceptional. We ordered a total different carpet that was a managers special and we’re so pleased we did. The carpet fitter was great, prompt, great job and tidy.
We’ve used the Queens Road Sheffield store for 7 different carpets now and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Really happy from start to finish. Great help and advice in store, and then James came to fit the carpet and was fab. Such a lovely guy and really quick and tidy. Would definitely ask for him again! Carpet looks great really suits the room. Will definitely be using united carpets again.

1. Cancelled appointments. (I took time off work)
2. Carpet fitter cut the wrong size and therefore had to re-order more carpet and then come back a week later to finish the job off.
3. I was expecting the carpet fitter to take the new carpet remnants away (2 very large bags full), but they don't.
4. No apology from the carpet company.

Queens road Sheffield store staff were helpful and patient and sold us decent quality vinyl at a decent price. Fitting was offered and arranged to suit us. The fitter was a lovely, friendly guy who went above and beyond to ensure my choice of vinyl looked its best in our very oddly shaped hall and downstairs toilet. Very happy, Thanks James.

Amazing work at a decent price. Lovely decent quality vinyl fitted expertly and straight despite the weird dimensions of our house. Fitter was a lovely bloke too. All round great experience.

The store had exactly what we wanted in stock, and we were served once again by Jonny, who was as helpful as ever. Even getting us booked in sooner than we had hoped. We've now had James fit a carpet and lino in 3 rooms and has been fantastic everytime, and his attention to detail and small requests is spot on. Thank you both!

Richard a pleasure to deal with as always in the Queens Rd branch, Sheffield. And James the carpet fitter very friendly, did a good job fitting the carpet and taking care not to scrape newly painted skirting boards. Great customer service all round.

Ordered a carpet and fitting for the 4th of November. My dad met the fitter James, who was spot on. Got a couple of more rooms to get fitted and would definitely recommend.

From the point of walking into the store to completion I was greeted with genuine positivity , no pressure during selection and even saved myself money as the sales person John showed me a very similar style of vinyl flooring on a role which was £4 per Meter cheaper , so saved money straight away, given options on fitting dates to suite , the fitter James called me on the day extremely professional and pleasant, arrived when indicated and he was obviously happy in his job, took the time to engage without seeming intrusive , but due to an oversight on my part the edging strip he had to fit wasn’t appropriate this wasn’t a problem, picked up the correct one and kindly rearranged with me for a convenient time return the next day, I cannot be happier with the results and the service I received

Fantastic experience,best tradesman I've had work at my home, James called to tell me the time he'd arrive, took time to explain the job on arrival and did extra work I didn't expect but really appreciated (fitting carpet in my cupboards)
