Professional job
The carpets were laid fast, the carpet fitters were polite and helpful and the ven went back and swapped the carpets without complaints due to me undermeasurring. Carpets look great and will be returning for another soon

Was quick and easy in store to order my kitchen vinyl. Nice knowledgable staff.Got it fitted with in a week of purchase.The carpet fitter did a great job and was very tidy.

Terrible customer service
Really bad advice from in store staff so disinterested in serving customers properly
Definitely wouldn’t recommend
Thanks for the reply united carpets .
I completely stand by my review as it’s an honest review of the service I received at this store .
When I first attended the shop I asked for someone to come and measure the premises but was told we don’t do that just measure it yourself .
I definitely didn’t go ahead with anymore carpet but used a far more professional local firm .

We take great pride in delivering great service to all customers and were able to identify your order.
You came into store with your own measurements and purchased a carpet to fit those measurements in store. You chose a 40M² piece of carpet to fit a room roughly 38M².
The details were checked and confirmed by yourself when you signed for the carpet as part of your purchase.
We are not aware of any problems during your time in the store - however if you do have any feedback regarding this please do reach out to us directly with details.
After your time in store we are aware that during the fitting of the carpet you purchased - you called the store as you believed that the piece of carpet would have covered more that the space mentioned above. You then asked the store to quote for the remainder of the flat which consisted of 2 more rooms and a hallway. You were quoted for this over the phone and decided to not go ahead with the order.

Carpets are fitted and lovely
Carpets are fitted and lovely, the guys got them down quickly and efficiently. The carpets had been mixed up in the warehouse, so they brought 2 different rolls and we couldn't get our stairs finished, but the lad went to grab some more and fitted it the morning after with no issues! We were chuffed with this, no-ones fault and excellent service. Thank you!

Good value remnant which was ideal for the kitchen in a rented flat. Pity the fitter didn't secure the lino to the floor, especially as spray adhesive was paid for.

Nice carpet
Wanted an inexpensive carpet for spare/office room. Chose carpet from a coupe of options in store. Chap came and measured up. Another chap came and fitted the carpet. Room looks great, very pleased. 👍

Came lose from joining plate in 1 week = crap that
The new carpet was only down a week and then came out from under the joining strips so it looks amateur and not the several hundred quid I paid for. This has over shadowed the purchase and installation that went smoothly and I like the carpet itself I choose.

Mixed experience
We were happy with the carpet for what we paid for it.
BUT unhappy with the fitters.
No body is as yet living in the house but it looks like the carpet is starting to ruckle up.
The fitters left all the left over carpets and underlay- and there was a lot of it- behind. We did not expect this.
Also they did not return the room furniture to its original position.
Considering the whole house was being refitted, a good order for them , we thought it was poor service .
We would not want to use these fitters again despite being happy with the carpet itself.

They were updating me on every step . The only problem was they left their rubbish which was 6 bags.

Great value for money
After getting a few quotes around town and comparing the various carpets available, we found United to be quite a bit cheaper than the others. We had assumed this could result in a poorer service but the communication and installation were both great.
Would happily go back to these guys in the future.

No communication as to when the carpet…
No communication as to when the carpet would be fitted. I had to chase them, took 4wks from ordering to fitting.
The fitter made a bad job of fitting. When I complained and he came back he had an attitude. He’s supposed to be re fitting but it’s 2 weeks since he came and I’ve still had no update as to when it will be replaced.

Excellent service and product
Had some laminate flooring fitted over the weekend and can’t speak highly enough of the service provided by John Hannan in store and Jay who did the fitting. Easy and friendly experience from start to finish, John couldn’t help enough with any questions we had and went above and beyond to sort us everything out which was really appreciated. The job was completed to a high standard and we are very pleased overall with how everything has turned out. 100% would recommended. Thanks again.
