I had a great experience at United Carpets Radford in Nottingham. Annaya was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the whole process of choosing the flooring for my living room. She took the time to explain the options, answered all my questions, and made sure I found something that was perfect for my space and budget. Fantastic customer service from start to finish — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store, especially if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Annaya!

Fantastic company
Fantastic company. Went out of their way to carpet my stairs before my husbands Funeral after my dog ripped up the carpet. Every company I rang said couldn't be done in 3 days. These guys had it all sorted within 20mins. Above and beyond what I could ever of expected.Great quality carpet, fitted really well in record time. We're so pleased our Hartley Road store could go above and beyond to ensure your expectations were met.
We hope that you love your new carpet, and we hope to assist you with any projects in the future, take care.
We won't be using them to carpet rest of the house.
Had to be on a specific date, agreed many weeks before. Phoned to check a few days before and all was fine. Got to lunchtime on day of fitting and no sign. Phoned the store who said fitters had finished for the day! Cancelled the order due to non-fulfilment, but they scrambled together a team who did come. They were okay, though left a lot of rubbish behind (including a 4m cardboard tubing) which we then had to dispose of. Carpet and fitting were fine (hence 2*), but wholly unnecessary stress. We won't be using them to carpet rest of the house.
