Have used united carpets a few times
Have used united carpets a few times, but this last time im not happy the fitters didnt glue the rail across the floor properly, also left all their rubbish on my balcony, and the big roll what the lino came on , also on my balconey, will never use them again.

This company has issues with their…
This company has issues with their carpet fitters. They say they will fit the carpet and trim off the excess from the doors so that the carpet doesn’t drag on the pile of your brand new carpet. Even taking pay for it.

I can’t give a zero otherwise I would. Danny the manager at the Radford store is nothing but rude arrogant and obnoxious. he miss sells products to gain sales then Denys what he offered you and what you paid for. I would stay well away from united carpets the customer service from management is unbelievable. He doesn’t accept responsibility m. He’s full of excuses and just pushes the blame he’s not fit enough to be in a customer service roll yet alone a management position you can tell even his staff are embarrassed by his rude behaviour

I was greated by Ali as I entered and he let me browse and go to him when I was ready to enquire about some carpets i had chosen. He explained the difference and I made a purchase on the day and fitting was booked for a few days time. I was expecting tk go ro several carpets shops but got what i wanted in the first shop

I had a great experience at United Carpets Radford in Nottingham. Annaya was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the whole process of choosing the flooring for my living room. She took the time to explain the options, answered all my questions, and made sure I found something that was perfect for my space and budget. Fantastic customer service from start to finish — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store, especially if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Annaya!
