Thank you to the wonderful salesman Jordan in the Mansfield branch. He is so polite and knowledgeable, walking me through all of the options, price ranges and colours. I took full advantage of the same week fitting service that I saw via facebook- thank you to Guy for the great fitting service. Would definitely recommend.

Carpet not fitted properly carpet…
Carpet not fitted properly carpet fitter damaged wood on stairs and marked the wall sent pictures to the manager who never contacted me back always used United carpets but very disappointed

Disappointed …
Waited 3 weeks for fitting booked the day off work only to be told its not been delivered.... good news I did get my deposit back but lost a days wage in process..... if I'd not rung the store I would of been sat waiting all day for fitting...disappointing.

Very poor customer service and the kept…
Very poor customer service and the kept giving me a day and time for the carpets to be fitted and never turned up .. when the carpet fitter turned up he didn't have the right amount of carpet so that was another poor mark for this company

New dining room floor
Staff in the shop was helpful and got my blue light discount too. The fitters where clean and tidy, plus chatted throughout with me. Very good experience and will be coming back in the new year for new stairs and landing carpet.

When I went to choose my new carpets ,every staff member said hello as we walked through the door & asked if we needed help.We said we were just browsing & they said just let us know if you need anything.When we had chosen they gave us a full price & date & time when they would be fitted.The fitting team gave me courtesy call to say that they were on their way.They arrived on time & again very friendly & efficient. My new carpets look amazing.

Reasonable selection of carpets.
Knew the colour of carpet we wanted. Looked at some but we're not soft enough for the bedroom but then found just what we wanted. The purchase was done very quickly and a date fixed for it yo be laid.

Friendly, helpful and good quality
Have been getting my carpets from here for over 15 years. The staff are always really helpful and friendly, not at all pushy but on hand if you need any advice. Carpets have always been fitted quickly and well and lasted me years.

Still waiting for my carpet to be fitted. Bought and paid for 1st August... it is now 12th September... not heard anything. Called into the shop a few weeks ago but it hadn't come in from abroad. Would be great to hear from them..
