Problems with fitting
There wasn't a problem with the purchase but I had a problem with the fitting. I had purchased underlay with my carpet but luckily I noticed by chance that the fitters had nearly completed the fitting of the new carpet on the old underlay. When I asked about that the fitters said they had to check the paperwork for my job. I thought they would have to go back to the store and collect the underlay but it was actually on their van. I wasn't impressed. I rang the store and spoke to the manager who arranged for another fitted to cone out as the first fitters did a bad job.
I would have thought that once the new fitter had completed the job I should have had a call from the manager to check everything was okay but no call came.

I would highly recommend this company. We have continued to have all our carpets from here and been 100% with the help choosing carpets to having them fitted by their fantastic fitters.

Ive recently had stairway and hallway…
Ive recently had stairway and hallway carpet replaced I have used this company before with no issues two years ago . The fitters arrived to replace the carpet and told me they suspected I had a leak so they couldn’t fit the carpet . I contacted the plumber and he couldn’t find a leak . They came back and forgot the brass carpet grips and left me with the original ones so I’ve been left with the same ones which don’t work at holding the carpet down . I sent an email to the manager and he wrote back eventually to advise he will send someone over to rectify the problem and replace the old grippers . So far, no one has called, or been to the house to fix the situation. The carpet fitters didn’t wear shoe protectors in the awful weather conditions either and this left a muddy mess on the brand new stair carpets . Overall not a very positive experience.

Honest
I really liked the promptness; and the politeness of the staff members from start too finish that was laying our carpet down, I didn’t like the mess they left afterwards, they bagged it up but wish the bags were bigger for the disposing of the wastage but we sorted that quickly, only downside is our carpet looks like it could of been stretched out a lot more than it has been.

Fantastic customer service
Can honestly say that the service here was absolutely brilliant especially Sean.
He listened to what I wanted & pointed me in the right direction advising me perfectly.

Amazing shop team watch the fitters
Very helpful team in the shop the gentleman helped translate the diagram my son had drawn into the size we needed to cover the stairs and hallway.
He arranged fitting and assured that for a small change they would take up the old flooring as we are both disabled I asked if they would also remove the hallway flooring due to this being a different flooring this was also agreed.
Fitting day came and the stairs carpet was removed without fuss and left on the front garden they then had to go to the shop to cut the carpet as it was raining outside, on the return I asked about the hall flooring they said they would remove it but once they said they had finished I went to check the work and found that the lino had been left under the carpet

Brilliant service from start to finish for my elderly parents. And the carpet fitters was amazing with them , he went above and beyond to help even putting furniture back . We as a family would never use another company.

Helpful friendly store
Very helpful in store when I was looking for a suitable pre cut roll and managed to book fitting in quickly. Very happy with quality of flooring.
I had to have the fitter back because there were some issues but the store worked quickly to arrange that too.
