Bianca service is very good in Unimoni city center Qatar and also her approach with customers is very good. This exchange is very quick and fast money sending to other countries

Exceptional customer care i would say..i transfered money from doha festival city branch. But due to a technical issue my money does not transferred..The manager Mr.Ramraj contacted me before i reached him and appoligised for the inconvenience and followed up until my transaction done..this kind of a customer service i never experienced in any place..its beyond my expectations..Thank you Mr.Ramraj and the doha festival city team.

Amazing customer service

Very bad service... Because of their delay, I paid extra 1000 dhs.. Now 7 days money is not credited in my account.. Very bad service. They wil say 2 days but willl take more than one week

They are fraud people. They took extra money from me for booking extra baggage. On airport, they told nothing is booked. I had to pay additional Rs. 18,000. Also, the ticket price was too high. I compromised with the ticket price thing about the baggage allowance. In the end I have been cheated off my money. No resolution provided. I have been following up daily. I had been 1.5 months. Irresponsible and fraud people

Today I had very bad experience with unimoni specially Al Sadd branch. They're delaying transaction like one day or two days with fake reasons. You can not trust them that they will deliver money timely. As per my understanding they're making delay one or two days just to get interest and customer family only suffering because of delay.

Worst agency ever , not professional at all

Everything was ok may be just I came a bit earlier than your usual time of opening so I had to wait a lot...👍

Branch manager refuse to give cash which i received through Transfast (from UAE)

My all paper worked was done i sign slip too, at last manager took that paper and he ask me that how you send your money to India, i told him mainly i transfer online he said then goo and get your this money also online.

He was so rude and dont know to respect people finally i left branch and get my work done from Global Exchange Branch Liwa
