Unprofessional Handling and No Resolution

I am quite disappointed with the way my experience has been handled.

There seems to be a lack of clarity within the team regarding their own product and processes. During the initial onboarding, everything was presented as aligned, but later interactions reflected a completely different understanding.

I was contacted again and asked to share details so the matter could be discussed internally. Based on that, I expected a proper follow-up and some effort toward resolution. However, after providing the requested information, it felt like the matter was simply closed without any meaningful action.

If something was not feasible, it should have been communicated clearly upfront. This would have saved time and avoided unnecessary inconvenience.

Overall, the experience reflects a lack of ownership and seriousness in handling customer concerns. Very disappointing.

Unicommerce has several recurring issues, particularly with invoice generation and order processing. Despite using the platform for the past 5 years, the experience has been frustrating. The support team is slow to respond and not very helpful, which makes resolving problems difficult.

He has some guts saing ‘yeh ladki idhar udhar daya baya baat kar rahi hai jo pooch raha uska sidha jawab nai de rahi’ is unicom some kind of joke?
Very disappointing experience with Unicommerce customer support. Whenever there is a technical issue or integration problem, the response time is extremely slow and follow-ups are required multiple times. A support system should help businesses run smoothly, but here it often creates more delays.

repeated weight disputes raised

I am writing this email out of sheer frustration regarding the repeated weight disputes raised on my shipments. What is even more unacceptable is that these disputes are being raised after 15–20 days of booking, which is both unreasonable and highly unprofessional.

I have always declared the size and weight details accurately at the time of booking, and I also maintain clear proof images for every parcel. It is truly disappointing to see that, without providing any proper proof from your side, you continue to raise these disputes. This practice not only causes financial loss but also completely breaks the trust I had in your platform.

It almost feels like you assume I have no proof on my side — but let me be very clear, I have strong evidence for every shipment and I will not accept these baseless disputes.

I demand that you:

Immediately re-check and reverse these disputes.

Refund the wrongly deducted amounts back to my wallet.

Ensure that such delayed and baseless disputes do not happen again.

We have been using Shipway Logistics…

We have been using Shipway Logistics regularly with more than 100 shipments daily, but unfortunately, the service has been extremely disappointing. Despite being a regular and high-volume customer, we receive no support or assistance.

Repeated attempts to reach their helpline go unanswered, and the chat support is equally unhelpful. It's frustrating to operate at this scale and still be left without any resolution or proper communication.

We are completely unsatisfied with Shipway’s service. Based on our experience, we will no longer be using Shipway and strongly do not recommend them to anyone else. Their customer service is among the worst we’ve experienced.

Customer Service is pathetic

Customer Service is pathetic . It takes hours to connect to any knowledgable employee . All they are looking for is a five star rating after every chat but the issue os that they are not interfested in solving your problem., As soon as any new update comes on amazon or any other marketplace , the system hangs in the middle , the chat support team will shameless call and say that inconvinience caused is deeply regretted but they hardly pay attention to the things . Incase of a low balance they will send you a hundered mails and call make your life hell , but when you recharge the account not a single invoice can be passed . Comlplete waste of money

There are following noteworthy cons.
1. The issue with the reporting. You would never get the correct report with unicommerce.
2. Payment reconciliation- They claim to have payment reconciliation for all the marketplaces but there payment reports are not at all accurate. Their reports would show the repetition of the same amount and reference number multiple times for the same periode of time.

3. Return- they would not provide you the return details of "Amazon". While asking the same to unicommerce team they asked me to refer to the Amazon reports for Amazon returns.
4. Amazon FBA reports- you have to generate Amazon FBA reports separately. If you are selling the products to Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk then you have to generate the reports of each FBA individually and then merge it to get the complete report. And even these reports does not reflect the exact order date.
5. Amazon FBA orders issue- Amazon FBA orders would appear n the reports after 2 days.
6. Poor synchronization of orders.
7. The issue with Snapdeal order Processing- There are always issues with Snapdeal order processing and you have to go to Snapdeal panel to process the orders. The processed orders will remain in the pending list of unicommrec and hence the correct reporting is difficult to attain.
8. It only supports the FBA for Amazon.com, Amazon.in & Amazon.uk while rest of the marketplaces i.e. Amzon.ca, Amazon.com.mx is not supported.

very worst service and Cheaters

one of the worst service and no.1 fradulent & cheaters in india , im experiencing a problem for printing labels nearly 3 months, they dont have stuff to resolve the issue, but they will debit money daily, i request online sellers to not choose this service and dont lose your hard earned money.
