I have never been more motivated to provide transparency about a company

I have never been more motivated to leave a negative review than for All Touch. I placed orders nearly 7 weeks ago, have been unfulfilled. Many attempts to inquire about timing are left ignored or when they do reply they provide no useful information except to say I’m still in line. I finally sent a note via IG to ask for a refund if the delays continue, and was met with a snarky reply by someone who likely has not seen any of the communication between me and a nearly non existent customer service team. And then they blocked me lol.

The very next day after my order was cancelled, I researched Phantom’s product line, sent them a note with a question, they replied quickly with an answer. I ordered quickly after and the order was processed and shipped in about 30 minutes!

Two companies in the same industry, All Touch after nearly 7 weeks leaves orders unfulfilled and beyond rude and indifferent customer service who treat customers with contempt, and Phantom quickly turns an order around and ships in 30 minutes after promptly answering a question about their product line.

By the looks of things this is standard operating procedure with them, as others come to this site to write reviews, which I’m sure will happen, consider lodging a complaint to the BBB. I did, and anything to bring transparency to how they do business will only help others in the future.

Would rate it at zero stars if I could

Would rate it at zero stars if I could. To be clear, I am not one to leave negative reviews or blast people on social media, but if I can help prevent others from falling victim to this company's business practices, then I feel like I have a responsibility to do so.

I placed an order at the beginning of April. As others have experienced as well, the website did NOT list the product as a pre-order. Several weeks later, in May, a first update: they generate a shipping label. This shipping label stays in that state for weeks on end. I send two emails requesting an update, citing their shipping policy and how we were far past the window in their policy. I get no response. I DM them on social media. I get no response. I send another email requesting my order be cancelled, then suddenly the product is shipped and I receive it mid-June, over 2 months after I had placed my order.

So, they cancel orders when you don't want to cancel, and don't cancel orders when you ask for a cancellation.

One more important piece of information: all these delays happen while they post frequently on social media advertising new product drops.

Their business practices are abysmal, their customer service even more so.

Ah, and just so my review is not entirely negative, their product is okay. Yep, just okay. Not trash, but most definitely nothing that warrants having to put up with their business practices or customer service. Folks, simply put, there are much better alternatives out there. Just do your research before ordering. The order I'm referencing here was my third order from them. They were never fast to ship to begin with, but they have definitely been getting worse over time, so I am done and will no longer order from them. In a hobby already rife with scammers and shady characters, we as customers need to take a stand to get these individuals out of our hobby.

What a joke! Canceled My Order Instead of Fixing the Problem.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one.

After raising concerns about the company's shipping issues, instead of addressing the problem professionally, they blocked me and canceled my order. Rather than taking legitimate customer feedback as an opportunity to improve, they chose retaliation.

A reliable business doesn't silence customers for pointing out problems. It listens, communicates, and works to earn trust. This company did the opposite.

If a business can't handle respectful criticism without blocking customers and canceling orders, I'd seriously question how they handle bigger issues when they arise.

Customer service isn't about avoiding criticism—it's about responding to it professionally. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here.

I cannot recommend doing business with a company that treats honest feedback this way.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company deserves 0 to 1/2 star tbh. Their customer service is non-existent, and at times their emails have been borderline offensive.

“Please abstain from ordering with us again” I was told.

When inquiring about a 2 month shipping delay, without any shipping updates.

Shout out Jolene at All Touch.

It's been 2 months since placing the…

It's been 2 months since placing the order. Still not shipped. Every time I reach out for an update, "Jolene G." responds with "Please read our shipping policy on the website" which reads items take up to 10 business days to ship. Well it's been 45 now.

They simply don't have the product in stock. It's a Ponzi scheme. They either are stealing your money, or are taking your funds and then starting to produce the product.

Never once received an apology from them either. DO NOT ORDER.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I placed a order weeks ago for all “in stock” Products. After two weeks if waiting for some shipping confirmation i Received nothing. I tried emailing them Multiple times with No response. Finally i received a rude email back stating “ Hi,
Your order has not shipped because it is still within the shipping timeline Shipping Policy – ALL TOUCH CASE

For future reference we have a shipping policy that can run over the standard timeline with high demand.
To this i responded the following:
I dont care about your fine print. This is the only product i have ever ordered with this big of a delay in shipping of a “in stock” product. There is no reason it should take so long to ship. Again this is how you lose customers not gain their loyalty. Hire more people if thats what you need to do. Very Disappointing.
To that Jolene G responded to me with the following email:

I will cancel you order, thank you.

I never stated i wanted to cancel the order only that as a repeat customer i was very disappointed with their super slow shipping time and lack of communication as a conpany. So now after weeks of waiting my order is cancelled and still no refund!
Great product but absolutely horrible customer service and a I dont care attitude from them. I would stay away from ordering anything from them unless you want a headache, I will not be a customer anymore after this experience.

PLEASE READ!

PLEASE READ!! BUYER BEWARE!! STAY AWAY!! ALLTOUCH CASES TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! We placed our order on February 2, 2026. By mid February we had received ZERO correspondence, so we reached out. By March 10th, we had sent 8 emails and left NUMEROUS voicemails (you can only leave a voicemail, you can't speak with anyone) and we still had ZERO response. After finally leaving a direct message on social media, they reached out AND They FINALLY gave us a tracking number. We start tracking the tracking number and its going to FLORIDA (we live in GA). After contacting ALLTOUCH once again AND NEVER GETTING A RESPONSE, we go to our local post office for help. The post office shows us a picture of the package that was scanned through their system with the tracking number ALLTOUCH provided to us. THIS IS A TRACKING NUMBER THAT IS FROM GRILLMASTERS GOING TO A GUY IN FLORIDA. This wasn't even our tracking number!!! This wasn't even ALLTOUCH's tracking number printed from their system!! The post office suggested that ALLTOUCH was trying to scam us. We reached out to ALLTOUCH once again to inform them that the tracking number they have us was incorrect. They then accuse us of scamming!! We are trying to get the charges reversed from our bank. Its been almost 2 months, and we are out almost $500 and we have no product. BUYER BEWARE!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ALLTOUCH CASES!!

Terrible company

Placed a order back on January 3rd saw no movement for 2 weeks, emailed them and was told an item was a pre-ordered item and will ship once available. This was incorrect nothing I ordered was a pre-order, 2 weeks later I received a email that my order had shipped, great! Checked the tracking number a week later and it still shows label created with no movement. Exchange emails for a week with customer service until the found called me to tell me that cases I ordered were sold out and it would be some time before they come in. I asked to get a different size case and George offered a free base of cases for my wait, well it's been a week and still have no shipping update and the original tracking number has been cancelled. What a terrible company I am waiting to be contacted after requesting a full refund

HORRIBLE Customer Service

This company practices HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT BUY from them!
I ordered 2 boxes of All Touch Cases 2 weeks ago. I noticed via my shopify app that there had been no updates on my order which seemed weird. So I emailed them just asking for a simple order update. No reply. So I email them again asking for a simple order update. Finally I receive a response and its just a link to their "shipping policy"... Which states orders will be processed within 7 business days. My order has already exceeded that timeframe.
So I replied telling them that I didnt appreciate being given a link to something I already had access to and NO UPDATE on my order. I simply asked for an update. That's all I wanted.
Few minutes later I see that my order has now been cancelled. I NEVER asked for my order to be canceled. I simply asked for an update.
Sure I was a little upset but I never said anything offensive in my email. Simply explained how they didnt provide me with anything useful.
This company needs a lesson in customer service. Imagine spending nearly 100$ on a few sports card cases and then being treated this way when all you did was ask for an order update?

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. No updates. Ordered product. $600 plus worth of product. No update or tracking after 6 business days. No email response. Or social media response. Terrible.
I will never use them. Stay away.

I have ordered twice now to see what…

I have ordered twice now to see what these cases are about and both times have yet to receive any package and the customer service number is just an automated call recording that tells you to email. This is unreal that it happened twice. I will be calling my credit card company to get my money back on these.
