I have never been more motivated to provide transparency about a company
I have never been more motivated to leave a negative review than for All Touch. I placed orders nearly 7 weeks ago, have been unfulfilled. Many attempts to inquire about timing are left ignored or when they do reply they provide no useful information except to say I’m still in line. I finally sent a note via IG to ask for a refund if the delays continue, and was met with a snarky reply by someone who likely has not seen any of the communication between me and a nearly non existent customer service team. And then they blocked me lol.
The very next day after my order was cancelled, I researched Phantom’s product line, sent them a note with a question, they replied quickly with an answer. I ordered quickly after and the order was processed and shipped in about 30 minutes!
Two companies in the same industry, All Touch after nearly 7 weeks leaves orders unfulfilled and beyond rude and indifferent customer service who treat customers with contempt, and Phantom quickly turns an order around and ships in 30 minutes after promptly answering a question about their product line.
By the looks of things this is standard operating procedure with them, as others come to this site to write reviews, which I’m sure will happen, consider lodging a complaint to the BBB. I did, and anything to bring transparency to how they do business will only help others in the future.
