This company was so obliging in assisting with my return. Hopefully one day soon a second lot of postage would not be charged, because items must be returned at own cost too. Having said that, an immediate response was had and very understanding of my needs.

Despite the busy period, they made a great effort to ensure it was delivered before my team's game, which I really appreciated. I’m beyond happy with my custom tshirt. The tshirt is made from quality cotton and the graphic print is so clear and bright. I am a size women’s 14/16 aus and I went with the XL I could have gone a L but I like a baggy fit. Thankyou so much uncle reco I’ll definitely be ordering more .

Had a brilliant customer service experience with Dan. After purchasing two caps from the website, I noticed there was mistake with my shipping address. Within about two emails and less than a day later, Dan quickly rectified the issue with no stress whatsoever and even kindly upgraded my delivery for me for no extra charge. The level of care and attention I received from Uncle Reco was impressive and rarely seen anymore so I would highly recommend them and would happily use them again for sure.
