They’ve admitted that the product is not the cotton fleece lined product they advertise. They admit that the other material is all they have to use. They’re refusing to give my money back unless I ship the product back at my expense. They did offer to make a new one on the stiff polyester I originally received. They do not offer cotton. The stitching is missing a lot of detail. Even missed the white stripes on my sons black pants. It’s more like color blocks and not what you see on the advertising posts. It’s a marketing scam. I have email proof, just can’t post it.

This business is an absolute scam. They got the order completely wrong (they made my child’s skin tone black because his father is black despite the pictures showing completely different) and refused to refund it even with pictures provided. Forced me into making a replacement with the promise that it would still arrive before Father’s day, 1 day before father’s day after emailing them for the 100th time they informed me that it would no longer arrive before father’s day. It has been a NIGHTMARE dealing with them, and they tried to guilt trip me for wanting a refund saying “they’re a small business”. My order also came packaged and labeled with a completely different company name. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Also unfortunately quite disappointed with my order ! Child jumper it’s odd size very wide at collar bone, it’s smaller writing and not as advertised. Overall I expected better quality

Extremely disappointed, purchased for Father’s Day and just arrived and it doesn’t look anything like my husband. Very upsetting and customer service offered 20% off when that doesn’t fix the issue or they mentioned I can buy my own label and send it to China for a full refund.

I ordered on the 17th as website said it would arrive in time for Father’s Day. I have not received a confirmation email of my purchase, I’ve not received a tracking order ID so I have absolutely no way of seeing where or if the parcel has been sent off. I reached out to customer services and they just seem to be delaying, the only evidence I’ve got that I actually bought from them is that the money has been taken from my bank. I gave them all the relevant information they ask for so I could receive my tracking and they still haven’t given it to me. I wish I had read the reviews on here instead of their website, I’m so upset, I won’t have anything to give to my fiancé from our kids now. What an awful company to deceive people on such a special day!

I can’t believe I’m actually writing this but the top arrived and it’s so great! I’m really happy with it! I was convinced this website was a scam because the parcel said delivered but I hadn’t received anything. I sent an email to the sellers who give me the tracking number for evri and I saw that they had put it in my recycling bin. So it actually arrived in time for Father’s Day and it’s exactly what I’d hoped for. I wish I could upload a photo to show you how good it looks. I feel for the people that have had a negative experience with this company but that wasn’t mine experience fortunately. I actually wrote a bad review saying this company was a scam and how I hadn’t received my product but I had to delete it I was wrong. All the bad reviews on here just got in my head and I was convinced I was scammed. I’m please to say not this time. P.s this is not AI I am a real person

Poor. The hair colours are all wrong and they have stitched in an arm belonging to someone else that was clearly not meant to be included as person was clearly cropped out . They can’t really come back with a defence for this as for example the castle in the background of another picture wasn’t stitched in as it shouldn’t be. Shoddy. Expensive. What was meant to be a thoughtful Father’s Day present is embarrassing.

I orderd from them a fathersds day gift I ordered on the 3rd its now the 18th its still yet to be delivered. Evri is there delivery service and they have failed to deliver even though I spoke to customer service requesting this parcel and was insured it would be, they are now sending it back to stitch and bond. Against my wishes obviously the item contains photos of my son and his dad I want my parcel however both companies have failed to deliver. And now father's day is 2 days away and I doubt I'll have it by then. I'm extremely upset and unsure where to go from here but I can tell you one thing unless they change from Evri i won't be ordering from these again. And I urge others not to ither unless you want to pay for thin air because thats what you get.

HORRENDOUS! My partner is black and they stitched him in white thread, completely unusable as a present and all I was offered was a 6% refund or return to china at my own expense. Left without Father’s Day gift at short notice and appalled that mis representing my partners skin colour left me paying the price. Awful company

Wish I would have read these reviews before I placed an order. My experience with this company has been a nightmare and similar to many of these other reviews. They’re marketing a product and quality that is near opposite what you receive as your order. The first sweatshirt sent had multiple embroidery issues (loose threads, loops sticking out, thick printing) and it didn’t align at all with the quality advertised. I reached out to customer service and after some back and forth during which I refused to be charged additional for a replacement they agreed to make a replacement at no cost (I should have known better). The replacement was just as bad, if not worse than the original and when I reached out to customer service about this one they told me they could offer a replacement only if I paid to return TO CHINA. It would cost more than the sweatshirt…terrible, terrible, terrible execution and false advertising.

I felt like this was a scam. The hat that came did not look like the hat that was advertised. The lettering was smaller and the picture that they embroidered barely resembled the picture I sent. The videos and pictures make it look like the products are nice quality and that the embroidery is going to look just like the picture. Not true. The hat color also looked like it was going to be a washed black hat but it came as a solid black color. I would never ever order from here again. Especially for the price. I was very disappointed.

Absolutely poor quality product! Do not waste your money, you are better off buying a hoodie or Tshirt and taking it to a local embroidery. I ordered a full colour embroidery, they maintain I ordered a silhouette which I know for a fact I didnt, even shared with them the link I used, they then said I should have selected full colour however there is no opiton for that. If the quality was way better, I might have been satisfied with the silhouette but the embroidery outline is way thinner than advertised, way smaller and the stitching is inconsistent in thickness. The images outline look nothing like the photos I supplied and in one image the stitching is coming lose at the centre. They have told me to return it to China at my own expense! Absolute waste of money and really poor quality and customer service.

The “PAPA” was way smaller on the sweatshirt than shown online. Which then made the pictures smaller and not as easy to make out. At least the names were spelled right on the sleeve. The font looked thinner than it appears online. But otherwise, it will do. Arrived in a satisfactory amount of time. Definitely disappointed, but not surprised. It’s like taking your chances with Temu. lol.

Very disappointed and wish I’d checked Trust Pilot before I ordered. The T-Shirt I ordered arrived all screwed up in a bag. The pictures aren’t in the order that I asked them to be in and the stitch work looks very basic and not like the pictures advertised. Shipping was fast considering it came from China but I wouldn’t have ordered this product if I’d known it was made there. They are very overpriced for something so basic, which obviously takes seconds to do and is thrown in a bag with no care whatsoever.

Do not order from this company, I placed an order, it states delivered. It has not been delivered, I have a ring doorbell. I have reached out to the company through the chat option and told I am speaking to a real agent but the copied and pasted response tells me its AI being used. I then emailed as I was told to, to have the same response. I have attached screenshots of their refund policy stating if ' stolen or missing packed, if reported within 15 days are eligible for a refund' they are telling me this is incorrect and they understand why i find this information misleading. I dont find it misleading. It clearly states it on their email, that they have sent me. Refusing to refund me for an order that has never reached me. Absolutely disgusting service.

The items sent do not match the quality they show online. I was so disappointed when my order came it looked like a child had made it. They don’t offer refunds unless you send it back to china at your own expense only 30% I was offered refunded. It’s poor quality, poor stitch work, poor sarcastic replies from people that work there. I honestly can’t explain how disappointed I am I was so excited to give this to my husband for his first Father’s Day. Being a new mum on maternity pay to not even get a full refund for the shoddy work is disgusting. They are taking advantage. No wonder they had a half price deal on for Father’s Day.
I do believe the good reviews on here are fake. If you look closer on instagram none of the photos have likes I think the followers are fake. The reviews on the website definitely are. Please don’t use this company unless you’re happy to give your money away.

Nope. What you get is not what you will expect. Embroidery is twice smaller than on advertisement video. Colors on the garment are very dark, so overall doesn’t look that pretty as on the advertisement. Delivery was relatively fast though.
