Great staff.

Bestelling op 09/12/2025 geplaatst en vooruit betaald incl verzendkosten (238 EURO). vandaag 22/12/2025 nog steeds geen duidelijkheid waar het pakket is en wanneer ik het onvang. Pakket was een cadeau voor mijn vrouw voor nieuw jaar, ik ben de dupe. Mail antwoord komt laat en telefonisch niet bereikbaar. Chaos! İk wil dat het zsm recht gezet wordt en ik het pakket ontvang voor nieuw jaar!!

Bestelling geannuleerd na 10 dagen, zogezegd niet meer in stock.
Ik kan het gewoon nog bestellen bij hen online, dus een leugen.
Ik heb gedurende 5 dagen berichten/mails gestuurd om te vragen waar mijn bestelling bleef, steeds geen antwoord, dus klantenservice is ook niet ok…
Uiteindelijk mail gehad dat bestelling geannuleerd was en mijn geld teruggestort gekregen.

Bestelling geannuleerd zonder enige uitleg. 5 dagen daarna bericht dat mijn betaling zal worden teruggestort.

Een week na een bestelling uit het niets een mail gekregen waarin staat dat mijn order is geannuleerd, hoewel het product online én in de fysieke winkel wel verkrijgbaar is.

Ik bestelde sneakers aan een normale kortingprijs via de webshop. De bestelling werd bevestigd, maar enkele uren later geannuleerd omdat het “product niet meer op voorraad” zou zijn. Later bleek het wel op voorraad te zijn – maar dan aan een hogere prijs. Ze gaven toe dat het om een systeemfout ging en weigeren te leveren aan de bevestigde prijs.
Volgens de Belgische wetgeving is dit niet toegestaan. Jammer van deze werkwijze. Ik heb intussen klacht ingediend bij de FOD Economie.

I have made 2 purchases on Ultimate Sneaker Store as I was looking for specific items from a brand I love: Kappy Design.
Both times, the experience was great.
On the first order one of the item was not available and they communicated it to me proactively, processed the refund, prior placing the order.
The packages are always neat and delivered on time.
Happy to order again from them once the new Kappy line will be available.

Ondanks de bewering op trustpilot nog steeds geen reactie gekregen hoe het nu verder moet met de sneakers die geleverd werden met een vlek op

Ik heb op 13-9-2024 schoenen gekocht bij de webshop Ultimate Sneaker Store Belgium. Hierbij heb ik €9,91 verzendkosten betaald.
Helaas zaten de schoenen niet goed en heb ik ze op mijn kosten retour gestuurd.
Ik heb het bedrag van de schoenen terug ontvangen, maar de betaalde verzendkosten voor de verzendkosten heen niet.
Het is wettelijk verplicht in Nederland en Belgie om alle kosten inclusief de verzendkosten terug te betalen, maar de webshop vind dat ze hun eigen beleid kunnen maken en betalen het daarom niet terug.

Coole winkel! Chille vibe. Mijn zoon en ik zijn fan.

I placed an order on this site because the product I wanted was listed as in stock. I decided to pick up a couple of other items as well. After a week with no update, I reached out to check if my order had shipped. They informed me that there were some issues with DPD and that they had re-sent the package, but also mentioned that the item I originally wanted was now out of stock. When I asked if I could cancel the order, I received no response.

While the products themselves are fine, the delivery time and communication left much to be desired.

Ik kocht vandaag opnieuw een paar schoenen, Karhu, bij Ultimate. Steeds zeer fijne winkelervaring, met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Zowel voor sneakerheads als de meer ‘casual’ personen is er wat wils. We springen altijd wel eens binnen als we in de buurt zijn. En steeds opnieuw tevreden van de professionele en persoonlijke hulp! Een aanrader!

I’ve pre-ordered a pair of sneakers, shipping should be from 30.06, but it wasn’t delivered till this time. They don’t answer to my emails!!
Bad service!

I purchased the New Balance 9060 Triple Black and experienced issues with the heels coming apart after less than a week of wear. I initially contacted your support team via email on May 22nd but only received a generic response after two reminders and nearly a week of waiting. Despite sending another email for an update a week ago, I have not received any further communication.

I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. I do not recommend purchasing from this seller based on my experience.

I was looking for durable waterproof shoes and I ended up on this website where I ordered a pair of Karhu Fusion XC shoes. Within 3 weeks the stitching inside of the shoe started coming apart. This part of the stitching is connected to a waterproof barrier to keep my foot dry.

I contacted the email address listed on their website. This is the only way to reach this company. I've sent them an email with pictures in it and a clear description of what the issue is on the 11th of February. I had to send 2 other emails before they replied on the 20th of February.

They accused me of wearing the shoes in an incorrect way, which I find very hard to see in a picture where I am not wearing the shoes.

After this email I reached out to them again 3 more times in a timespan of 2 weeks and I have not received a response from them since. I do not appreciated being accused and dismissed.
