Ukminibushire Recensioni

Brilliant service from booking to pick up and drop off. Good communication and driver arrived on time for both pick up and drop off. Driver was friendly and helpful and Edward from UK mini Bus Hire was helpful with the booking and arranging the mini bus.

I booked a 16-seater minibus to take a group to a wedding ceremony on a Saturday. The minibus did not turn up and I was unable to contact anyone at the company. Had to hurriedly call taxis instead.
When I contacted the company by email on the following Monday, they seemed unaware of the problem. My money was returned after a week but I received no apology and no explanation of what went wrong.

Minibus arrived nice and early ready for our party. Very friendly driver and got us to the venue on time. There all ready and waiting for when we returned. I would recommend this company 100%

excellent communication before the trip
courteous driver
clean comfortable vehicle

Excellent service, booked to take us to see Oasis in Manchester, have to admit a little apprehensive, but could not fault the company, billiant.

Our mini bus arrived early, which was great and a relief - as we had a long drive to a funeral which couldn’t start without us. Excellent driver, courteous, and on our return, a different driver but equally so.

From the outset booking was very efficient..Several Emails to and fro and booking was sorted a couple of months in advance! ( I much prefer telephone communication..minor details can be sorted out in minutes... but alas, that's the way it is these days!?)
The day before the pick up, confirmation was sent and balance paid.
the pick up was spot on time and the return journey was just as efficient..
the driver was a very nice chap too and his communication excellent!
I will definately use again!!

The mini bus for the outward journey was rough inside, broken seat belt brackets , frayed seats and window openers held closed with sellotape which opened on the journey which made the minibus cold & windy.
The driver was constantly watching cricket on his phone!
Although the minibus on the journey back was far more expectable , no complaints and the driver very professional.

Our driver Paul was very professional, arrived on time and a great asset to the company. Will 100% use again

Really good service. We got David who was fun and friendly.

Sid was a lovely driver who kept in close contact to ensure a smooth pick up for our party of 16. Unfortunately the original driver cancelled on the day of the event due to a mechanical issue. It was a bit nerve wracking until Michelle found us Sid! All’s well that ends well!

A great service. Prompt, curtious and flexible and very competitively priced

Great communication from company + driver, very welcoming and helpful service from the driver, on time in both directions, comfortable and spacious ride!

Great experience! Dave was lovely! Played music and made us all feel very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Driver was first class, communication was good. Competitive Price

Very useful being able to go with one company who then booked our coaches with multiple companies. However, there were quite a few mistakes made along the way - wrong destinations, wrong pick up addresses, wrong final balance. All were corrected after raising it but certainly added some stress along the way.

The coach was in excellent condition—neat, tidy, and comfortable. The driver was friendly and greeted both the staff and the children as we boarded. The ride to our destination was smooth. However, we encountered an issue with a blown tire on the way home. The driver was very attentive, apologising repeatedly and working tirelessly to find a solution. He kept us informed about everything that was happening. Despite being four hours later than our scheduled time, he safely brought us back to school, and we were very grateful for that.

Great service . Driver is very kind and we have enjoyed lot with him because he has done lot of fun with us .That was our nostalgic memory now.

The drivers were on time to collect us from each venue and when I rang to change the pick up times they dealt with the problem. Unfortunately there was some con fusion with our taxi on the late night pick up as he didn’t seem to know who had administered the pick up and did not know who Sharon was.
