Great! Driver was great.

We’ve used UK minibus hire 3 times now to take a big group of us to and from festivals and they are absolutely amazing - reasonably priced, reliable and happy to accommodate our requests for stops etc.

Will definitely be using them in the future - a big shout out to Kemer and Dave who were excellent drivers, and Edward for organising

The driver Ian could not have been more helpful and friendly to my guests, and he arrived to both pickups in good time.
Sharon was very helpful in sorting out my booking and keeping me informed.

Really excellent service from start to finish. I thoroughly recommend you book ukminibushire for your trips. The office staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. We were taking people to and from a wedding in Exeter and even when we held up the driver for 15 minutes at midnight and the pressure was on for the following pick-up he was patient and worked everything out for us. Book this company the service is excellent.

I booked a minibus for 8 people for a return journey, including a mid‑way pick‑up. I first enquired on 21st May, yet the booking was still not correctly organised until the day before our trip on 2nd August. The communication throughout was extremely poor. Every time the journey was “confirmed” and I was asked to pay the remaining balance, the details were wrong (time, pick-up location, number of passengers), and I had to repeatedly chase them to fix it via email / phone.

I would not recommend this company.

Although our driver was lovely (and I’ve left him a separate positive review), the vehicle provided was not a minibus — it was an XL taxi. The company had only given the driver postcodes rather than full addresses, which meant we were taken down back roads and into farm areas. This was entirely due to the company’s lack of attention to detail, not the driver.

Overall, I feel we were completely ripped off paying £310 for a service that would have been cheaper, easier, and more reliable if we had booked a taxi ourselves. Extremely disappointed and will not use this company again.

Very poor customer service. Excessive additional costs applied to the booking one day before the minibus was due to take the group to a charity event. Minibus was no suitable despite clear information on what we required being provided on booking . Complaint was dismissed - the person I dealt with was insistent they had acted within contracted terms. Very disappointing would not recommend or use again.

Brilliant communication all through the process and the driver was amazing - even given a very narrow road at the end of our trip! Will use again for any future trips for sure.

The vehicle did not have functioning air conditioning, the bluetooth did not work, and several windows were broken. Additionally, the driver arrived 10 minutes late for the return journey. During the trip back, he refused to stop when one of the children needed the toilet, stating that he was required to take a 30-minute rest break instead.

Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Grate customer service, driver very friendly and helpful, minibus clean and tidy, cant find fault with anything, happy to use then again.

If only i could give 0 stars. Useless company, useless driver. Decided to break the speed barrier all whilst on his phone. When raised the complaint with EDWARD AIDAN, he didn't care and got threatening.
