I was recommended UK Gaming Computers by a work colleague and I'm very glad they did. Bought a prebuilt machine, arrived the next day, excellent machine, extremely pleased with it. Their support is also second to none and have responded the same day on the occasions I've contacted them. I would buy from them again without doubt.

I replaced my 7 yr old pc struggling to get 30fps on medium settings on msfs2020, at 1080p, in anticipation of the nearby release of fs2024.
I customised the standard Cerberus with a 14700k processor, 64gb ram and a RTX4070 ti super graphics card.
Ordering process was trouble free, with plenty of email updates on order progress, and delivery was within their stated lead time for custom additions.
Packaging was robust, and documentation good.
Result? I now am ecstatic at flying at all ‘ultra’ settings with EVERYTHING maxed out in msfs2020, running at 4k res, and fps limited by my 60fps monitor (my next upgrade I think).
And the system is so so quiet!

Very satisfied with the service, and delighted with the performance of the machine.

I have been looking for a good starter PC to get into PC gaming properly (having previously only played on consoles or low-performing laptops). UKGC’s next day gold pre-built was an obvious choice, having what looks to be impressive components at an extremely competitive price, even compared to building an equivalent machine from parts bought separately.

I’ve now had my PC for over a week and cannot tell you how impressed I’ve been. This has been able to handle any game I’ve tried playing so far, and I’ve no cause for concern. Their warranty process also leaves me feeling confident that should anything happen to my new PC, the team at UKGC will be able to help me! Thanks a lot to them!

Having been recommended UK Gaming Computers by someone on a forum, I contacted them in desperate need of help with a gaming machine for an 11-Year old would-be gamer/school home work user.

Having filled out the contact form with some basic info regarding my requirements, I received a very swift response from one of the system engineers who asked me for some more details. An email or two later and I received a couple of different recommendations for machines - both very well priced and comfortably within my budget. Detailed explanations for both choices were also provided and not a hint of hard sell whatsoever. All very refreshing.

I ordered the UKGC Silver Gaming PC which arrived very promptly and was incredibly well packaged - far better than any machine I've ever received from Dell or HP. The info pack within the box was very clear along with the setup instructions and the machine itself looked beautiful. Followed the instructions ahead of firing it up before the magic moment finally arrived and my son plugged it in and switched it on. Lights, not so much camera but plenty of action - quick to boot up, silent and just like Blackpool illuminations - an absolutely gorgeous machine.

The build itself looks very high end and the performance is absolutely spot on. I didn't expect to be this impressed. My boy plays Fortnite, Minecraft and other such games as well as using it for his homework. It performs like a dream and looks great doing it.

Cannot recommend UK Gaming Computers highly enough for their invaluable help in choosing the right machine. Will definitely be using them again in the future. A+

UKGC are the best and here’s a few reasons why; the communication from order to delivery was spot on, keeping me up-to-date with changes by email and adding notes to my order. I went with a Eliminator - Extreme Gaming PC and very happy with it so far. I leave this review on day 2 of receiving it. I chose UKGC for the warranty and support options which seem better than over retailers.
The computer is really fast, looks amazing and glad to go with a prebuilt machine.
I feel comfortable I have a company to call if I have any problems.
The deliver was within a week and was updated at every stage.

Computer runs every game with exceptionally high specs.

Easy order process, the website takes you through a logical step by step process with alternatives clearly explained

I was building to a budget so it was good to see the running total updating quickly

Not sure if the website precludes certain combinations like on others, maybe I was lucky!

After the order was accepted there were reqular email updates as it was processed, built and tested and the delivery was very straightforward

The courier (DPD) and UKGC websites were consistent and I was given a 1 hour delivery slot which DPD met (arrived exactly at the start of it)

Huge box, but system was securely packaged inside within the PC case with internal packaging to keep components from moving in transit

Worked straight out of the box (left it for an hour after unpacking as recommended), so far have played Skyrim Anniversary and TrainSim World4 at full spec with no issues. System looks great, is quiet and runs very cool - unlike my previous system!

I'm the kind of person who likes to support smaller local businesses rather than massive corporations, so while looking for a PC builder relatively local to me, I found UK gaming computers, and thought "yeah, I'm going to try these guys out".

I was not disappointed.

The day after I ordered my custom build I realised I hadn't included the operating system (my head was full of hardware considerations, neglecting software), this mistake was dealt with very quickly by the company, no hassle - very professional.

UKGC Is not a rapid turn around kind of setup (although I believe they do have off the shelf, pre tested builds ready for fast delivery), they take their time with custom builds and this is a good thing in my opinion.

As someone who has built several computers in the past myself, I am aware of the need to thoroughly test a newly built system to ensure vital components are operating correctly under sustained loads and stresses, and the guys at UKGC do exactly that.

My PC delivery arrived excellently packaged, double boxed with all internal voids filled with expanding foam inserts to protect components from impact during delivery, build quality and internal cable management are excellent.

I would strongly recommend UKGC to anyone looking to buy a prebuilt gaming PC in the UK. Superb service and great communication throughout the whole process.

These guys care about the build of your PC. This is the second PC I've bought from these guys and the first one lasted over 8 years (And is still going strong, just time for an upgrade). Really easy to use website, great finance options, great delivery choices. If you need to get hold of them, calling them is easy and they respond to emails. Thanks for another great purchase, UKGC!

It took two and a half weeks to receive my pc but boy was it worth the wait. Everything was built exactly the way I wanted with the parts requested. Even made a coupe of last minute changes and they were happy to accommodate.

One outstanding bit of information I need to point out is the fact when you customise parts through the website they give you clear descriptions and explanations of what the parts do and how good they are for comparison. I don’t think I’ve seen any other company that does this and ukgc needs to be recognised for this fantastic feature.

The pc came delivered in some bespoke packaging and had clear instructions for setting up. The inside parts were so clean and high quality. You can tell a lot of care goes into this company’s build process.

Your online account with Ukgamingcomputers lets you monitor the order status and it’s very clear and considerate. They give you a clear explanation for every status your order goes through. They even have live help and are happy to chat to you about any questions you have

I ordered a custom pc that runs games specifically in 1080p 144fps and this pc does just that. I’m so happy with my purchase.The pc runs so well I am over the moon with the performance and build quality. I highly recommend this company!

Highly recommend UK Gaming Computers. My son was able to select all of the parts that he wanted for his custom built gaming PC, from a large range of options, which clearly showed the difference in pricing if he wanted to upgrade or downgrade certain selections. We were kept up to date at every stage of the order/build and delivery was made within the estimated time. The PC arrived safely with clear instructions and links to videos if we needed them, for safe unboxing and set up. We emailed with a question during set up and received a quick response that resolved our query. The PC is running perfectly and my son is very happy with his purchase. needed a gaming computer for my son , and didn’t really know where to start .. i called up uk gaming computers and spoke with Jordan , who was really helpful. we had looked at the website and picked out two possible machine - Jordan helped and advised which one was best for the applications and games my son would be playing - iracing and F1..

I hadn’t heard of UK Gaming Computers until my son told me that was the computer he wanted for his birthday. I was initially nervous about spending such a large sun of money with an unknown company, but I needn’t have worried. Once you have ordered your product you are kept fully informed at every stage of the build process. The customer service is outstanding and they go the extra mile to make your experience with them a very good one and help in any way they can. The product is great and my son is very happy.
