Awful customer service. avoid this company.

Bought the FeiyuTech AK4500 camera gimbal from UK Digital at a terrific price, arrived safely and quickly and it's working great. Really happy with my experience.

I recently purchased a camera from UKDigital. Not only was it the lowest price but the service provided was first class.

Unbeatable service from UK Digital , Next day delivery , Lumisx G80 Great Price , registered with Panasonic with out a problem , this was after i had problems with a grey import company ( No Stock ) So i was determined to purchase from a UK Dealer , Will def use these again

All good. Camera showed as in stock, and at a great price compared to the competition.
I paid a touch more for next day delivery and the camera arrived on time (by DPD, which is good as they give accurate delivery time, and don't dump stuff like other couriers!)
What little communication I had was answered quickly, and the product was in perfect condition(and is UK stock). A VAT receipt was included.
I haven't had any problems, so I don't know how good they are at resolving issues, but they did everything right so far. Great to find all this at very good prices!

Without doubt the best experience I have encountered buying camera gear . I could not recommend this outlet enough. I found one of the very few new old versions of the Tokina 100mm 2.8 for Nikon at this store.
On line they showed 1 in stock . I called them to check much to my horror the guy on the other end told me they had sold all their stock. When I explained what their website showed he couldn't be more helpful he went to their stockroom and found the elusive treasure. Much to my delight he also informed me as it was the end of their stock it was reduced dramatically. I felt like Christmas had come early. I purchased it on line and it arrived the next day via DPD fully tracked. The lens is outstanding and I am more then delighted with the whole experience. Just wish I could give the company more than 5 stars.

I ordered Viltrox's 23mm f1.4 x mount lens and had it within 24 hours. Brilliant uk business still running an excellent customer service when many are struggling with restrictions. Amazon couldn't get me this lens before end of August 10 weeks!

Not products related, but for the generous and informed advice he gave to me, when I was considering updating my Lumix TZ200, and my Lumix FZ1000....and changing for much more expensive Sony “equivalents”
He saved me a whole lot of money, and now I’m getting the best out of my current cameras...and at Simon’s expense, in respect of lost sales

I ordred a panasonic waterproof camera from uk digital it was a lot cheaper than anywhere else. Very easy transaction and great contact. The camera arrived as described, really quick delivery and fully tracked. Very impressed. Happy customer.

Ordered a tokina 100mm lens and very happy

I had doubts but I went ahead and ordered a Lumix FZ2000 EB from UK Digital. Their deal included a 64GB SD card and the price was very competitive. I selected free postage. I ordered it Thursday and it arrived Monday. It was tracked. Very well packaged, a UK model. Excellent! I definitely recommend this company.

Bought a Sigma 24-70mm f2.8 DG DN from uk digital when non of the other big camera firms had any stock. Delivered next day and in perfect condition. Highly recommended and will use again.

Excellent customer service, preceded by fast, efficient order processing and delivery.
As it happens I was not happy with the lens I bought, its performance was not great but that was not UK Digitals fault, they didn't make the lens and it has excellent reviews. What turned a bad choice, on my part, led to a great experience with the UK Digital staff. They listened to my problem, made sure I was using the product properly, gave me good advice and in the end agreed I had a problem and gave me an acceptable procedure to return the product for which I received a full refund.
I really wanted the product because of its specification and their online discount of over £240 made me purchase the lens before ever trying the product which I normally wouldn't consider. It may have been a sample variation but I could see there was a manufacturing defect as soon as I tried the lens. It may have been quality control or production but the team at UKDigital dealt with my problem intelligently and courteously. So I am not being forced to supplement con artists who buy a product and then clearly wait until the last minute to return their purchase. There is a clear distinction between manufactures responsibilities and those of the retailers. We need to be responsible buyers otherwise great companies like UKDigital will go out of business.
I will always look for good value but I value great customer service over anything else. Great team, will definitely buy from you again. Thanks again.

Great price, excellent service and fast delivery!

One of the cheapest prices for the Panasonic camera I wanted which was a good start. Usually I worry if the low price is reflected in poor customer service but not in this case. I checked the reviews on Trustpilot and was happy to order from them. The camera came with a free Nest camera bag which was very handy. Delivery was free and via DPD Local who give a one hour delivery slot so you are not waiting in all day. I would definitely recommend them.

Received first class service from ukdigital when they recently supplied my g9 camera. It was delivered the next day with free card and bag to make the camera more of a bargain. The gifts were quality. When I phoned to say the extra battery holder had not arrived they despatched immediately and I received the next day, a Saturday. Friendly and efficient. Would definitely use again. Highly recommended.

I was a little sceptical as UK Digital were the only company that had my newly released camera in stock. I thought it would be a grey import or opened box. My concerns were totally unjustified, not only was it new UK stock, they sent it to me using next day delivery at no extra charge and included a free SD card. I have no hesitation in recommending them!

It's a shame they don't really have a major online presence. They often bundle other items with cameras for free and have 5 years warranty!!!!
