This was a great course for introducing someone to cerebral palsy and sport. It was easy to follow and allowed interaction. The use of videos and graphics and the interactive tools kept me engaged and on completion I felt more confident in my knowledge. A worthwhile course which I highly recommend.

Over kill
I did not like the requirement to complete the entire unit again because of one incorrect question. I have completed many online courses before, and I also run my own CPD course online, so I found this process very time-consuming and unnecessarily stressful.
A more efficient and effective approach would be to allow learners to retake only the incorrect question until it is answered correctly, rather than having to redo and resubmit the whole module from the beginning. Repeating the entire process for a single mistake feels excessive and negatively impacts the learning experience.

I’m really sorry the assessment setup left you feeling stressed — having to redo an entire unit because of one incorrect answer would feel frustrating for anyone, especially when you’re already experienced with online learning and even run your own CPD course. It’s a lot of extra time and effort for something that could be handled more simply.
Your suggestion about letting learners retry just the questions they got wrong makes complete sense. Excellent course
The lady delivering the course was fantastic. She was engaging and very informative. I found the whole thing really interesting. It was a perfect blend of teaching, discussion and breakout rooms.

Recommended to me and I recommend them myself
The process to get yourself insured is quick and easy. No difficult questions, all worded in a way that was easy to understand. I’ve used this company for several years based on a recommendation by Aim4sport and have found the optional courses offered. Even some free of charge really exceptional offerings.

Good and comprehensive course
Good and comprehensive course. Certificate arrived quickly. There was a few technical problems with zoom - I was repeatedly disconnected when we did break out rooms. I also had previous safeguarding training that included more detail on identifying signs of abuse as well as explaining Prevent, county lines and other forms of abuse

I’m sorry the Zoom issues got in the way, especially during the breakout rooms. Being dropped from the session repeatedly is frustrating, and it definitely affects the flow of the experience. We’ll keep feeding this back so we can tighten things up.
Your point about previous safeguarding training covering more detail — including identifying signs of abuse, Prevent, and county lines — is genuinely helpful. Good course
Good course, and experience on the website, however, I did the course as a qualification and initially it was rejected. It is possible that this was not a fault with the course itself but I cannot give five stars given the experience.

Easy to book
Easy to book, lots of availability and timeslot to suit around everyday life. The presenters were great, showed knowledge and professionalism. Certificates came through quickly, easily managed on the website. I would recommend.
