Never buy from this company.very rude and unprofessional. I brought a toy box and it arrived damaged,I informed the company yet they refused to refund or exchange because of the picture i took. The box was taped because I needed a box.

Ordered doll for my Great Niece. Absolutely gorgeous and great delivery!

Bought an expensive Intex Inflatable Floating Recliner Lounge Beach Pool Lounger Lilo Float Chair and after two months of little use the seem has split. The split has occurred in an area that is not easily accessible and is not due to wear and tear.

When contacted to find out how to proceed in getting this replaced or repaired I got a snotty response saying the item is nearly 2 months old and cannot be returned.

No customer service in trying to help or to get the item to be sent to the manufacturer.

Disgusting that they think because they are online that they do not have to comply with consumer rights.

Bad experience with this company.
I purchased a wok as Christmas gift, on 18th December. I didn’t receive it so contacted the seller, they came back to me on 3rd January said it could be at local post office collection depot. It was found at the post office depot, although no card was put through my door. (Busy Time Christmas so understandable this can happen). This would have been after 3rd Jan, so I let the seller know I had it. Email paper trail of this.
So proves goods received after 3rd Jan. The wok was Christmas gift for my son who lives in Petersfield I am in Croydon, so yet a gain time delay before my son and his wife gets the wok. The wok is boxed with wooden tools to use while cooking (it’s a set sold). After a few uses the bottom coating comes off the wok into the food. Some kind of coating or metal coating. This should not happen with a wok. I contacted the seller to replace with similar item or refund faulty product. Product not suitable for use sold for. Any product pan wok should last longer than few uses. Should not have coating peeling off into food. I offered to return the wok for testing. ..... the seller replied no. They said I had the wok for too long. There is a paper email trail for all of this. I disputed with eBay as the purchase was made via eBay. But never heard anything from them other then the email from the seller saying no. The case was closed by eBay. With no response other then the few lines of email saying no refund. Not wanting to just let this go I reported it on PayPal as a bad experience with a faulty wok sold, no one wants to be eating the coating on the bottom of the pan. Still the seller did not respond. So I have escalated it to the resolution centre at PayPal. That’s the stage I’m still at. Will update this review of my experience with The Magic Toy Shop Ltd. In due course.
Update:
PayPal have refunded my purchase on 23rd March 2020, as the seller did not respond to the claim for a refund. Glad I used my PayPal account to make this purchase, through eBay with second party seller.

I ordered garden solars they arrived to me very quick in cyprus. They work perfect. Highly recommend ukbuyzone

Trading as the Magic Toy Shop - Avoid at all costs
If you purchase a product and they send something you didn't want you will have to pay the return the postage despite the Good and Services act saying you should get a full refund of the product and the postage. Not a company to deal with. The product was door stop containing a bag of stones and very thin fabric. I would not recommend dealing with the company at all. Since reviewing this a number of reviews have gone online saying how great this company is - convenient or what?
