Kids drum kit recieved very quickly
Kids drum kit recieved very quickly. Not opened until after Christmas as it was a present. It works well and is good value for money.

No proper Instructions on how to use the item.
Had to send back due to Insufficient instructions on how to use the item, and they sent me instructions in badly broken English which I could not understand,and they would not pay me for return postage.
Had a reply, ha, now they admit the instructions are written roughly, but readable, yes if you can read badly broken English, but the instructions are still bad.

Great price and quick delivery
Wasn’t sure about this company as hadn’t ever heard of them but they had the garden fountain I wanted at a great price, quick delivery too and was all trackable, would definitely use this company again.

Order was faulty
Order was faulty, instead of replacing it I was offered a 10% discount, customer services didn't listen to what I was saying and again offered a refund with no offer of a replacement part or replacement item. Poor service
