BEWARE!
BEWARE! I bought a swing from this company and it didn’t look like the payment went through so I tried again. This inadvertently accidentally resulted in two orders, one of which I tried immediately to cancel. I did this by emailing them directly and using their cancel order button, both of which were carried out within a minute of the orders being placed. However, I received a message back saying it was too late. There was no further communication to this despite my attempts and I now have two swings in my possession.
I continued to write to ask if they would cover return postage and the communication as previous was strange and felt like it had been written by a bot.
I would never use this company again. No flexibility to resolve a genuine mistake that I immediately had tried to rectify.
