Amazing customer service
Great selection of pouches, miles cheaper than buying from a shop. Customer service is absolutely top notch. I had an issue with my delivery, emailed them, and got a reply almost straight away, on a Sunday afternoon too, from Lee, and within a few hours my problem was sorted. I can't recommend Two Wombats enough.

I will only order from this website. Not only does it have super fast shipping and you always get loads of freebies, the customer service is exceptional. I had an issue were I ordered the wrong product and asked to return them - they sent them out as soon as I sent notice the return was dropped off so I only waited a day for my actual order! Lee you are a gem. Cannot recommend enough

Good customer service
Had an issue with delivery initially as package was marked as damaged but spoke to Lee and this was quickly resolved

I’ve had a great experience with Two Wombats. Their prices are excellent, delivery is always incredibly fast, and the customer service is genuinely outstanding.
A special mention has to go to Lee, who is always there whenever I have a question or an issue. He’s extremely helpful, friendly and quick to respond, and always makes sure everything gets sorted. It’s customer service like this that really makes a difference and keeps me coming back.
Great prices, super-fast delivery and brilliant customer service! I couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended!

In the world of Snus, Two Wombats is second to none
The most amazing thing from two wombats is the price. It’s unbeatable. I’ve tried Snus online purchases direct from brands website, at absolute best you can maybe bring it down to 50% off supermarket price combining offers and loyalty points. I managed to get over 80% off here. 21 tins for £20!!
Fair enough, a price is as only good as the product. But they have an incredible selection, I found my niche, I know the two brands I like, I know the flavours I like. But….. with the price Two Wombats offer as well as the selection, I found a few new brands and flavours that have become new favourites.
Never had a problem, but when I did speak with customer support, it was immediate and human. Lovely company.
If you’re still buying snus at a supermarket your mug, if you want the best overall service go here.

Excellent customer service
The courier company had lost my parcel, but after contacting Two Wombats the issue was resolved almost immediately.
Big shout out to Lee who was in contact every day to make sure I got my replacement.
