If only every company had a Lee
Best customer service (shoutout Lee, always a star), so speedy to respond and always quick to resolve any issues with an order (a rarity!). Unbeatable prices, fast delivery, and enjoying being a pouch pioneer on the testing panel.
I've been using them for a couple of years, and it's obvious they prioritise customer experience over everything, and if they keep doing what they're doing, I'm a customer for life. What a good bunch.

Amazing customer service
Wrong order turned up, sent email , instant reply from what I now know is the wombot, told me order was right etc. A few messages back and forth then a message from Lee who was apologetic and instantly redone my order , when that arrived he checked it had and made sure all was ok. I have to say the customer service was amazing , Lee was amazing , I would give more than 5 stars if I could , highly recommend twowombats.

After several purchases and some headache from Royal mail... Lee has been unbelievably helpful to try and resolve the issues and even contacted me before I'd seen that royal mail had failed the delivery. Lee quickly resolved the issue and got another delivery on its way in no time and sorted everything out within a day.
I'm a returning customer and its nice to see they take care of their customers in such a fashion as its often unseen today.
definitely keep up the good work Lee and everyone at TwoWombats.

Has a small issue with the first parcel getting lost, however it was on the courtiers end not two wombats and the help and customer support I've received though the process has helped set me back right with another shipment, highly recommend these guys for your nicotine needs

Frequently order from them but when I recently had a bit of issue with Royal Mail there customer service team responded almost instantly to my email. Excellent customer service and great company to buy from.
Always give me free cans in my orders, constantly running promotions and also offering free cans on their site just for purchasing.

I will only order from this website. Not only does it have super fast shipping and you always get loads of freebies, the customer service is exceptional. I had an issue were I ordered the wrong product and asked to return them - they sent them out as soon as I sent notice the return was dropped off so I only waited a day for my actual order! Lee you are a gem. Cannot recommend enough

I’ve had a great experience with Two Wombats. Their prices are excellent, delivery is always incredibly fast, and the customer service is genuinely outstanding.
A special mention has to go to Lee, who is always there whenever I have a question or an issue. He’s extremely helpful, friendly and quick to respond, and always makes sure everything gets sorted. It’s customer service like this that really makes a difference and keeps me coming back.
