From ordering to delivery the service was excellent. Love my new bag, I will definitely be buying again, can’t recommend them enough.

So easy to order and most importantly discuss the order via telephone call - which I did on 3 occasions to answer my queries. Superbly dealt with - so polite, patient, friendly and practical. the people are so helpful when you have questions and i love the quality of their bags ad eye glass case. If you have to send something back they set it up so DHl comes to your home to pick it up. I am a huge fan of this company and i will buy the keychain next. Also the colors are wonderful with many choices. I highly recommend this company. DHL gets you the order in approx. 3 days.

I have been a very satisfied Tusting customer for many years and always delighted with my purchases so had no cause to seek further support. That is until a couple of weeks ago when I inadvertently used the wrong "polish" while cleaning my current favourite, and much used, handbag. In a panic I contacted the Tusting customer services team who were just great. Not only was the advice comprehensive and effective but it was from a real person (Lucy). The bag is now fully restored and looking lovely again. Thank you very much!

Last month I bought a Kimbolton handbag in pecan and a Macbook sleeve in Lipstick.
The leather is gorgeous and the Kimbolton handbag has been great and really practical.
The colours are just as they are shown and the lipstick sleeve is scarlet and the softest leather you could imagine.
I like buying items that are made in the UK and found this website by accident. It was a bit of a risk , but as it turns out it was a risk worth taking. Both of my products are lovely and I know I'll be getting something from them again.
