So far so good. Since covid it's rare to call any company and have someone answer with knowledge and experience. I needed to port a number over from another company. It was so complicated the number was on a network of numbers. Each member of staff I spoke to took their time to help me. One chap was even happy to be cc'ed in the emails to the other company so he could help me fill the form out. Top customer support!

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I purchased my number for £100 free call but around 2010 I had a text to say that if i did not top up £25 I would loose number so thats what I did then they charged £8 per month for renewal last month had something called dark web never asked for it I had to change my bank card there was a delay I text them to tell them of delay had reminders to pay the monthly fee every other day then my call credit ran out and my number was suspended for around 20 mins this is after spending £1000s with them the charges are just made up every month so you need to check whether they have added more charges. I have now swopped to b online £10 per month no extra charges unlimited calls. TTNC have let customers down and don't care about them all they seem to care about is making money of you for a company that can stop your number and loose leads for penny's my advise would be to steer clear of TTNC very disappointed long term customer since 2010 . We apologise for any disappointment with our service you have experienced. We understand that the changes in pricing and unexpected charges can be frustrating. We'd like to address your concerns and clarify the situation.
In 2010 your number was purchased via a reseller of ours. Unfortunately, they sold the numbers at a rate they couldn't continue to offer and shortly dissolved as a company. We (TTNC) offered their customers to continue with the numbers directly on our network but under our pricing structure, which included paying for inbound calls from Pay As You Go (PAYG) Call Credit.
As our service is pre-paid, the account requires a positive balance to receive inbound calls. To help ensure the service remains live, we provide multiple email/SMS alerts and the ability to automatically top-up the Credit as the balance starts to run low.
We value your long-term loyalty since 2010 and assure you we genuinely care about our customers. We are committed to addressing your concerns and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

A long term partner who has never disappointed
We have been with TTNC for more than a dozen years, and have only moved away as a consequence of the sale of the business to a telecoms company who run their own voice platform.
In that time, they have been responsive, capable, informative, and adaptable. Their web portal has been through a few changes, all of which have served to make it more obvious how to self-serve, which is of course exactly what you want.
We made the right decision to use them when we first started, and I have not regretted it in the past 12 years.
