Great prices, perfect certs, but a lot of hard work to buy or renew - pages of forms to deal with so you need to set aside 30 mins at least, especially first time through!

Renewing an SSL Certificate is almost exactly the same as purchasing a new SSL Certificate however Trustico offers higher multi year discounts for renewal customers.
We do offer a service where assistance can be provided to renew your SSL Certificates over the phone or by simply replying "yes" to a renewal notification e-mail you may be sent.

I am delighted with the service and support that the staff of Trustico have provided me since I purchased my certificate despite me not being able to receive it due to problems with my server.
The staff at Trustico have been very patient with me while I resolve the issues with my home server. I have not been able to receive the email to which I have to respond in order to receive my certificate and they have responded very promptly to my pleas to keep the certificate for me while my problems are being resolved. I would recommend Trustico very strongly to anyone wishing to purchase a trusted certificate to use with their serve.

Great service and great prices.

Order process slow, no notice sent for renewal
The order process took 3 days, which is a lot more, than our expectation. Our Geotrust SSL stopped working in the middle of the weekend - Trustico or Geotrust gave NO NOTICE in advance, that we need to renew.
So altogether not a channel I would suggest to others.

Trustico ensures to send renewal e-mails 90, 60, 30, 14, 7 and 0 days before the SSL Certificate is due for renewal. Perhaps the e-mails were stuck in your spam filter. Fee Trial SSL Certificates are available and are issued using the same verification method and system as full production Domain Validated SSL Certificates.
I am unsure what you mean by "refused", however I assume your Free Trial SSL Certificate was not approved / issued by GeoTrust / RapidSSL.

I bought an SSL only certificate. It works perfectly with my email server (CommuniGate Pro) to remove those nagging warnings about insecure connections from Thunderbird.
