We have been resellers for over ten years, and everything had worked well until recently. However, we discovered that for the past four years, we have been charged double for certificates.

When I contacted customer service, their response was shockingly dismissive—they claimed the mistake was ours and that nothing could be done about it. No effort was made to investigate or correct the issue.

I strongly advise others to stay away from such an untrustworthy company. Get your certificates from a provider you can rely on.

It is deeply concerning that a company would deliver something different from what was promised and then refuse to take responsibility for their own errors.

Treats their resellers horribly too. I placed some money on deposit with them as required by their reseller program. After months of not using it, I asked if I could be refunded the unused funds. I was told no very rudely, so I responded rudely suggesting a partial credit card dispute of the unused funds. I was met with threats of lawsuits and revocation of every certificate currently issued. The fact that they had web pages already prepared for these threats were somewhat concerning in hindsight.

Unacceptable experience, they have revoked thousand of SSL certs in a night! Not good for business.

Very bad experience, asking for 30 days money-back refund, they email us threatening email to blacklisted our website and domain name of refund request.

Is's easy to purchase your certificate product at Trustico, and it does not come cheaper either than you get from Trustico. The domain verification, purchase and download of certificate is easily performed within 10 minutes of starting the process, and that is excellent, plain and simple!

The certificates do what it says on the tin - no problems requesting, validating or receiving them, and once installed they function as expected. The experience is fairly quick too.
However, whilst the initial offer for the QuickSSL Premium product was good - a reasonable price, and the renewal price clearly stated, there was an unexpected sting in that the initial offer included up to 4 subdomains in the certificate (and I don't recall reading that this was a bonus to the offer), allowing the inclusion of the all-important www subdomain. After renewing, it became clear that no subdomains were included in the (now full) price, and that adding subdomains would be an additional $50/60, which seems to me to be a pricey sting.

From the start the experience has been good. Even the non-availability of the company representative for verification call when called first time has been handled nicely without delay or escalation.

The prices are OK and orders are processed very fast.

Have always found Trustico to be responsive to queries and they've put that extra bit of work in to make sure what can be complex is actually streamlined and made pretty clear.

I haven't thought twice about referring my colleagues to trustico.com, and i'll certainly call on them in the future. Their support is awesome, their prices are very competitive and their products are top-notch. What more could one ask for?
