These guys were fantastic
These guys were fantastic! I used the packing and moving service and it was brilliant. All the boxes were packed really well which made unpacking easy.
They were all really nice, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Big Dan was a legend, such a hard worker and really thoughtful about how heavy things were and how I would unpack. He is the man you need when you are stressed about moving.
Silvio and Armando also did a great job.
I would highly recommend Trunk

Team work
Dan I, Big Dan, Paul & TJ did our move this week and they were all great guys. In this hot weather they all worked so hard to move us from a 3 floor, 4 bed house with a huge amount of outdoor heavy plants and garden furniture. Dismantling wardrobes and beds etc. They were very respectful of us and our belongings. Which were expertly packed up safely in those vans!

Thank you so much for your fantastic review Michele! We're delighted to hear that Dan, Big Dan, Paul, and TJ made your house move such a positive experience. Moving a large 4-bedroom, 3-storey home with heavy garden furniture, plants, and dismantling furniture is no small task, especially during the hot weather, so we'll be sure to pass on your kind words to the team. At Trunk Logistics Ltd, we pride ourselves on providing reliable, professional house removals, careful packing services, and treating every customer's belongings with the utmost respect. Thank you for choosing us for your move, and we wish you every happiness in your new home!
Made my move a whole lot easier
“Big Dan”, Kanye and Archie helped me with my move on Sunday and they were all great. I needed to stop at two different locations to collect furniture and moving boxes (before heading to new property) and there was some disassembly of furniture involved. All done quickly and seamlessly. They were very efficient and made what would otherwise be a ‘stressful’ day, much less stressful. My only reason for 4 stars is because I had to leave a wardrobe behind due to them explaining it would be damaged if they were to remove it and therefore may not be able to put it back together at the new properly - ultimately not their fault but still has meant I’ve had to purchase a new wardrobe. The second (minor) reason is that they explained they couldn’t get an item of furniture up the stairs as it was too narrow but when I tried, I simply turned it 90degrees and it went up no problem. This was a small inconvenience but did not overshadow how much easier they made my move. Would 100% recommended them all.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review and for recommending Trunk Logistics Ltd Melissa. We're delighted to hear that Big Dan, Kayne, and Archie helped make your house move much easier and less stressful. Providing an efficient, reliable, and professional removals service is exactly what we strive for, so it's great to know the team handled your multiple collection points, furniture disassembly, and move smoothly.
We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the wardrobe and the furniture that was eventually able to fit upstairs. Our team will always prioritise protecting your belongings from damage, even when it means making a cautious recommendation. That said, we'll certainly use your comments as an opportunity to continue improving our approach and communication during future house removals.
Thank you again for choosing Trunk Logistics Ltd for your move. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to assist you, your family, or your friends with any future home removals, packing services, or storage solutions. Wishing you all the best as you settle into your new home!
Big Dan and Silvio made such easy work of the move
Big Dan and Silvio arrived early in the middle of the 34 degree heat wave to move me to my new home. The heat did not even slow them down and I can't recommend these guys highly enough; I have moved house more than a few times over the years, and this was by far the easiest and most efficient move I have ever had. I didn't have to lift a finger, and everything was moved to exactly where I wanted it, and nothing was damaged as they took such great care of my property. I was initially very worried that I had too many boxes and it wouldn't all fit in the van, but to my astonishment they packed the van with everything I owned and had room left to spare. I will be asking for these guys again in the future!

Excellent service
Excellent service.
Would 100% recommend.
From the first phone call/video call, their service was great. Day 1 Mike and Tom arrived and packed everything away in boxes, day 2 Mike, Tom and Amin loaded the vans and unloaded everything into each rooms without hassle.
Both days they worked tirelessly until everything was done. No damage to any of the furniture or items packed up.
Wish we had used them for our previous moves.

Best move experience
We had the best experience with Jay, Aaron and Luca - they were incredible and made the day so easy for us. They even did a second stop for us to drop the bikes and plants off! I’m so glad we booked Trunk, everyone in the office was so communicative and helpful. Best money we’ve spent on our move.

Straightforward and Customer focused!
Catalin and Silviv worked very hard in the June heatwave to move my furniture and personal effects, including fragile wrapping crockery, glassware and precious items. Also my IKEA beds were dismantled and reassembled perfectly in my new home.
Job was completed in little over half a day, relocating from London to the East Midlands.
Trunk Logistics were able to survey, quote and complete my move at short notice, giving them the edge over other Removal Companies I had contacted. Many thanks for taking some of the stress out of moving home after decades since my last move!

Hard working and respectful
Great communication beforehand, friendly phone call to let us know when they were arriving, and once here Big Dan, Brad and Simon were efficient, super friendly, worked really hard and got everything out of the vans and into the house (using all the access points to handle difficult corners) with total respect for our belongings.
Trunk have completed a complex move from one house to two separate locations including storage with total professionalism.
I can't believe anyone would do the job better.

Could not fault Big Dan and his team…
Could not fault Big Dan and his team (Brad, Luka, Amondo) they were early for the removal, which was ace due to rising temperatures Friday 27th June 2026.
And early for the drop off, the following day after a long drove up the A1, which meant we had pretty much the whole day to get things sorted after they left at 11am.
Very respectful, Would highly recommend.
