Love this company and its products
I have bought products from Tropical Wholefoods ( and it's constituent companies) almost since the company was founded. Always excellent and now I can buy boxes of energy bars online, I am very impressed. The delivery was quick, information was good and the bars are delicious - thank you. Off on a trek to Everest base camp and these will be my daily morning and afternoon snacks. Perfect.

Chewy dried banana
The chewy dried banana was very sweet. My children enjoyed it! Highly recommend to an alternative to fresh fruit on car journeys etc.

Always excellent service and quality
Been ordering from Tropical Wholefoods for few years NOW. Always very pleased with the quality of products. I have love their dried bananas, mangoes and pineapples. The staff is always very helpful too. Def would recommend it.

Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service! At first I was a bit wary due to the simplicity of the website and the fact the it didn't ask for my addres when I paid with paypal (took paypal address automatically - make sure it's the correct adddress before ordering) though the dry fruit that I ordered arrived on time and were absolutely delicious. Definitely will be buying again!

Thank you for taking the time to feedback. We rely on Royal Mail for smaller orders and DPD for larger orders, both with track and trace service options and, with DPD exclusively, an 'in-flight' tracking option providing a 2-hour window for delivery to avoid waiting in all day - all in hopes of providing as much convenience as possible to our customers and without charging for delivery. Tracking numbers are sent on to customers as soon as possible once the order has shipped. I would be keen to hear more about your experience so we can see what may have gone wrong. Great value products
My only suggestion is that you don’t need to send your lower-value packages by registered post. Going to collect stuff from the Post Office because a package requires a signature is a real hassle

Thank you so much for taking the time to feedback and I am sorry to hear of the inconvenience caused to you. It certainly would be cheaper for us not to send by recorded delivery (especially as we offer free shipping so every little helps!). Unfortunately, the service provider we use for lower-value packages has misplaced items that were not sent on a tracked service when we used to do this some years ago. The cost of re-sending missing orders really started to add up. It also makes defending ourselves against claims made through PayPal really difficult when we don't have proof of delivery. I hope this explanation helps you to understand why we use recorded delivery options - our aim is always to provide the best and most convenient service for our customers and I'm sorry we miss the mark for you on this one.

We bought the bulk buy mango pieces. Great for healthy snacking. Delicious flavour and pleased there were two options to choose from. Highly recommend.
