Jonathan Mordica and Demi Evans were friendly, fair and transparent.
No jargon, or trying to sell me something I didn't ask for, like all the other brokers I spoke to in the lead up to the renewal. The price was fantastic too. No brainer !
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Troocost, to anyone looking for a hassle free service from a knowledgeable no nonsense company.

We had a problem with our new electricity supplier Corona Energy, I asked Kim Thorby to look into it, and they raised a credit and a new invoice, unfortunately, the new invoice was again in error, but this was not Kym’s fault, Corona seem to have a problem with their systems

It was like the first time I tried sliced bread, Absolutely amazing so easy to use, It was all done for me within a few house and the deal was done.
Friendly, helpful, Fair and Transparent
I'm now set up with a fair pricing structure the new rates have no daily standing charge, so I’ll only pay for the energy I use, which is exactly what I’ve been looking for.

A special shout out to our Key Account Manager Kym Thorby who has gone above and beyond offering help and support with some stressful issues covering a number of meters within the group. Would not hesitate to recommend Kym or Troo as a business energy broker.

When I emailed Troocost, Kym Thorby was very helpful with my requests to close the account. Kym was also very quick to respond to the emails.

As a small family business we are approached by a Troocost employee. He offered us a flexible base rate deal which would always be the lowest available. This was not true and said to get us to sign up. Once the contract started we notice our rate was fixed and a lot more expensive. In total we are now paying £400 per week extra. We raised our issue with Troocost who confirmed this employee has now left the company. After weeks of investigation they said there is nothing they can or are prepared to do. From my experience KEEP AWAY from this company.
