Redrow witham

I own a property on a redrow estate which is managed by trinity. The state of the estate is awful and upkeep is not good at all. The money they charge compared to the service we receive is diabolical. Too many negative factors to list in one post

Resolving unauthorized parking on our private property

I live in a block of flats where I bought a flat with a parking space. For a long time we had a problem with parking, we couldn't park in our parking spaces because they were permanently occupied. People from the adjacent streets parked in our private parking lot and left their cars there for several days and even months. We tried to negotiate with them and explain to them that it was illegal but they ignored us.
I asked Trinity -service department for help to do a survey to see who the cars belonged to and have them towed from our spaces.
My next request was whether they could make a board with a written, concrete warning about who is allowed to park on our property. I can say that they have fulfilled everything and we can use our parking spaces in peace after coming home from work.

Pendergass and Trinity do nothing on the estate. Its like a dirty van depot. They are NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE! Yet have a legal department next door that send threat letters.

Good experience With Trinity and our Property Manager

Positive Experience with Trinity and Our Property Manager Zahra Lyamani

We recently faced a leak in a concealed area of our property, which unfortunately resulted in damage to the flooring. Zahra Lyamani, our property manager, was incredibly helpful in assisting us throughout the process. She guided us and helped secure approval from the insurance company for the necessary repairs.

We truly appreciate Zahra’s support and dedication. We’re grateful to have her looking after our property and ensuring things are handled with care and professionalism.

Preventing new owner being registered with Land Registry

We bought a house over 3 months ago where the estate is managed by Trinity Estates. We and our solicitors have been waiting for a certificate to enable us to register our ownership with HMRC. We have sent emails, called the customer service team several times, got through after an hour, sent everything immediately 2 months ago and now Krystian Mierzejewski is informing us that they haven't received info despite having responses to them. We still do not have our sale registered. Our solicitors have also spoken and sent several emails to no avail. What can we do now?

Not to be trusted

They company fails to answer all questions put to them and keep increasing their service charge (in this case by over £600) and this it is okay to take it out of next month's Direct Debit. No seen work warrants these ridiculous price increases.

Quickly got through listened to my complaint really polite and professional the problem reported is not of trinity estates doing its contractors and tenants not doing what they’re supposed to be doing trinity themselves are only trying to keep costs down for our service charge they always reply and 99 per cent of the time it’s done thank you

Trinity is never transparent about charges

Just found out that we are being charged for a pathway from Bure Meadows Estate in Aylsham to Dunkirk (which we never use) - seems that David Wilson Homes and Bure Navigation Trust (who have added nothing financially) set this up without telling us, the owners of the homes - it’s now costing us £7000 to upkeep this as there are three hundred homes on the estate - Trinity you need to explain what these costs are and be honest with us - nothing is clear regarding our annual charges - you keep sending us additional charges without explanation

Trinity has allowed Taylor Woodrow to…

Trinity has allowed Taylor Woodrow to keep an exit open to our gated community in the middle of a private close and we are now experiencing stolen vehicles, mopeds in and out during the night looking to steal and drug dealing on the grounds. Trinity take many months to answer queries on expenses, and have not yet provided detailed accounts to our residents association. Zahra our property manager ignores most correspondence and seems to be always om holiday when we asked to speak to her. Complete rip off and it seems impossible to get rid of this management company.

Absolute joke of a company. Can't do their own accounts properly, charge for stuff that you shouldn't have to pay for, no-reply email addresses so you can never get in touch with them.

Best in Class Service and Response

The speed to answer my call this morning was best-in-class for a contact centre in this sector. Gabriella the agent was well informed and able to easily access the trouble ticket submitted via the website the night before, demonstrating that the emergency issue system is well designed. She was polite and understanding and within 5 minutes had contacted the contractor and arranged the emergency repair within the hour, Outstanding Service - Thanks Gabriella for going above and beyond

5 years of excellence

I wanted to share my final feedback as I prepare to leave Egerton House.

I first moved into Saltra in January 2020, having previously rented at Adamson House back in 2017 for a short period. Over the past five years, Saltra has truly felt like home – a time that included the incredibly special milestone of welcoming my son.

Every interaction I’ve had with the office team has been positive, responsive, and efficient.

Gary has been personally outstanding in handling any issues that arose, and I genuinely appreciate your professionalism and support. Working in Facilities Management myself, I understand what makes a great property manager or account lead – and you’ve been excellent throughout.

I also want to give special recognition to the on-site team, particularly Neil, who has been nothing short of exceptional. His reliability, friendly attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond have made a real difference to my experience here. Whether it was a quick fix or a more involved issue, Neil always handled it with care and professionalism. He’s a real asset to the site and deserves to be recognised for the pride he takes in his work.

Mike and Helena have also been fantastic – always approachable, helpful, and consistent in maintaining a high standard across the property.
