Very seamless experience from website to picking up the watch, the team was very helpful even responded to emails during holiday period ! Very pleased with the watch and could not have had a quicker better service will buy from there again no questions asked !

I stumbled across Trilogy whilst in Hatton Garden and dealt with Ovi who helped me with the sale of a watch and the part exchange of another. The whole process was seamless, the sale was completed on the spot and Ovi sourced the watch that I was after within a matter of hours.

Frankie, the man with the masterplan, was in the house to assist with the sale and it was apparent straight away that his passion for watches was second to none.

Friendly, efficient and accomodating, these guys tick all of the boxes and I hope to be back soon!
