The firm sent us the wrong rose, but then sent the correct one free of charge, and let us keep the 'wrong' one. Wonderful!

Always a great experience with Trevor White Roses. Some more unusual older roses to be found here along with helpful efficient customer service. Strong packaging used in shipping so no worries there. Very pleased with my latest delivery 🙂

This rose supplier is a great find! I've been searching for a Rosa Complicata for a while and was thinking I'll probably have to wait for the bare root season. Then I came across Trevor White Roses and loved their website with its friendly vibe. I ordered my rose and it arrived quickly and was really nicely packaged. Super impressed with the size and health of the plant. Lovely root system, nice buds, good shape. It's in the ground now and has put out some beautiful flowers. I'll definitely be ordering from these guys again. Nice price too!

The condition and packaging was 1st class. The Hymalayan musk was very healthy and trying to scramble up my tree with vigour. Leaves and flowers already romping away. I've just ordered some different varieties and hoping for the same. Thank you.

I’ve been buying my roses from Trevor White for a good few years. All are still growing well after arriving in excellent condition.
Trevor Whites have a good range of retired David Austin roses & if truth be told, in my opinion they are far healthier than the purchases I have made from DA.
I like the fact that you can talk to Trevor or staff and nothing is too much effort.

I was firstly impressed by the to my question to the sales team, Esme thanks, I am a retiring professional Horticulturalist, nursery owner of some 60 years. I have spent thousands of pounds on roses over the years and I can say that all the ones I received from Trevor white roses are the best I have ever had. They where bare root plants with good roots and strong shoots. Wish I had found them sooner. PS no incentive offered I fairly write reviews and they are mostly when disappointed. Bill McHugh

Gorgeous healthy roses. Unfortunately my last order arrived with a beginning of mildew on buds. I trimmed the buds off and sprayed the plant as it’s too beautifully developed to ask for replacement or to send it back

I have always found the roses are brilliant but I also love the way they will give advice. I have emailed them on quite a few occasions and asked for help on what to buy for specific places etc and their advice is so good and the email responses are so warm and so knowledgeable I recommend them to everyone

I bought three potted roses, including two climbers. I've ordered roses from a lot of places and these are by far the best quality and largest I've ever got, and they were cheaper than any others I've bought. They came quickly, carefully packaged, with excellent care instructions and already with plenty of new growth. In future I think I'll only buy my roses from here. You can tell this is a grower with a huge amount of enthusiasm and care for the plants they grow.

Bare roots arrived in superb condition, exactly when they said they would, with excellent communication about delivery. On ordering, I had a problem with my card payment on the website and I called their customer service advisor who was extremely helpful and gave me added information about how to care for my bare roots in the run up to planting them. The price per plant was £5 cheaper than one other big name rose specialist and £3 cheaper than another. What's more those companies I usually buy from were out of stock and TW's was not. So overall Trevor White's seems to have been an excellent choice.
