I recommend
The website is easy to use and navigate, the products photos are explicit and true; the order arrived very fast and the bracelet is nice. It has a very small dot that is not black but I will ignore. It is quite stiff. I home my friend will be able to adjust it.

The products were lower quality than I expected, basically it was my fault because I didn’t scroll down to check the specs and see that the medalion I was ordering was only 1g in weight. Plus the leather necklace feels like plastic, the leather is treated in a such a way that it feels like rubber and plastic rather than leather. The only option I had in the purchase was the size of the necklace, and I didn’t research enough, I was ready to pay much more if the products were in a higher quality. I will not rush next time I make a purchase but it will be from a different store.

I ordered a necklace and I put the address wrong. It arrived in a different city. Although it was my fault, the team at Trendhim was so nice and helpful. They have a great customer service!
