The product is great and what I expected. I was lead to believe that the product was in NZ when I ordered it which was the let down. I paid extra to get it to me in time (3-5 days) to then find out it had to come all the way from Denmark. This then made the product arrive a whole week later than intended. I don’t blame Trendhim for this as they were extremely prompt in getting the bracelet engraved and posted to me within the same day. I also appreciated the apology email when they realised it had been delayed. They’re obviously a great company with great service. I just wish I had have known they were not a NZ based company before I purchased because I needed it as a gift which I couldn't fulfil on the actual celebration day. Trendhim.co.nz as an internet address is quite misleading.

The online experience was really great with an easy to follow buying process. I was kept up-to-date with shipping and it all arrived before xmas, with a bunch of additional vouchers for future purchases. Nice touch!
The jewellery product and packaging are high quality, which I know will make our son's unboxing experience special.

Delayed Delivery twice so far!
Disappointed that twice I have had an update from UPS to say the shipping is delayed, I selected this product because delivery would be before Christmas, now UPS won’t let me change the address to where I will be at the new delivery date 😢
