I am beyond frustrated with Trendhim…
I am beyond frustrated with Trendhim and their completely rigid policies regarding order #NZ267373. My package has been stuck with no tracking updates since September 23rd, and now it is well past the estimated delivery date with still nothing.
When I asked for a refund, customer support kept repeating the same unhelpful script: I have to wait for the item to arrive so I can refuse delivery before they will process my refund.
What happens if the package is completely lost and never shows up? Do they expect me to wait a month or longer just to be told to reject a ghost package? They refuse to issue a refund while it is missing in transit, leaving customers trapped in an endless loop of waiting with zero accountability.
I strongly advise people, especially those shopping from New Zealand, not to buy from this website. Poor customer service and absolute scammers.

You're absolutely right! Trendhim is a Danish company, and all our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark, including orders placed through our New Zealand website.
We have localised websites for different countries to make shopping easier for our international customers, with local currencies and relevant delivery information.
We do our best to make it clear that we're based in Denmark, which is also reflected in our estimated delivery times, as parcels have to travel internationally.
That being said, we're sorry if this wasn't clear enough when you placed your order. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us understand where we can improve our communication.

We completely understand that two weeks can feel like a long time to wait for an order. All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark, and our standard delivery to New Zealand currently takes approximately 8–15 business days.
For orders where you need your parcel a little sooner, we also offer UPS Express delivery, which normally takes around 4–7 business days.
We’re also really sorry to hear about the ring, especially when you took the time to measure carefully beforehand. It’s such a shame to have a beautiful ring that your son isn’t able to wear!

Not great at delivery
I purchased a bracelet on 8 June and according to their website it has been in transit since 10 June. At first they told me it is normal to have no updates on the tracking and now they email me daily saying they still don't know where it is. After 20 days "in transit" I have asked for a refund.
Update: Received an email advising they can't refund until the courier says it is lost. They have until the end of the week before I contact my bank. Absolutely shocking customer service!
Final update: My order arrived on 1 July and it is very nice. My advice to people buying stuff here is be aware that delivery can be very slow and online tracking is unreliable.

Delivery has not occurred after 14 working days. No ownership or accountability taken by the vendor to remedy, no responsibility taken for lack of tracking info. Although they are responding to emails all they state is they will attempt to update once they have feedback from the courier
