The Tewkesbury branch of Travis Perkins always gives great service. The staff are friendly and happy to help, making each visit easy and pleasant. Whether I go in for supplies or need advice, I am met with a smile and good chat. Richard in sales is especially helpful and cheerful. Jez, the driver, delivers to hard-to-reach places and never complains. The team know their stuff and make sure you get exactly what you need. I recommend this branch if you want good service and a friendly atmosphere.

Poor. DO NOT BUY FENCE PANELS from TP.
Sold defective panels and now just getting the run around from the Luton branch. Looks like they sell seconds on the web site.

Gavin from Hamworthy did a great job!
Gavin from Hamworthy arrived slightly before time slot for the delivery of sub base, but was cheerful and upbeat, very professional. Took challenges of reversing down our road in his stride, and placed the delivery of the 800 kg bags exactly where needed. Couldn't have been more helpful.

Jeremy was an absolute star with delivering the tonne bag of flint. As we live down a single track lane, deliveries can be very awkward, but with both patience and skill he managed to manoeuvre the lorry to offload directly into our garden. Meaning no need for me to do numerous wheelbarrow trips. On top of that, he was very polite and friendly...a credit to Travis Perkins

Just had a delivery from T.P
Just had a delivery from T.P. at Barry in South Wales. The delivery itself was prompt and on time, but it was the T.P. operative that impressed the most. Name of Lewis I think, polite, and very helpful, went out of his way to complete the delivery. I would recommend this supplier in a world where poor service elsewhere is commonplace.

Poor service
I used one of the Bournemouth branches and paid for a delivery on Wednesday to be delivered on Friday only to get a call on Corday saying it can only be delivered Monday. I then had to take some items of the list as I needed them asap to not even get my money refunded after they said they would so now I have to chase around for it.

Experienced branch manager saves the day, thank you Steve!
We can always rely on the experienced Travis Perkins branch manager Steve Vaughan at Barry to get what we need. We were let down by another branch and Steve got it sorted. Steve arranged that We collected from the Pontypridd branch. It was showing as in stock, and proved that it was actually on the shelf, and the yard boys were very polite and very helpful.

I arranged a delivery for after 12 on a certain day and was told that was fine. The day in question arrives and I get a message stating that the delivery would be between 8 and 10am. I called the office in Andover and was told that after 12 is all booked up. Useless.
