I wanted some reinforcing mesh to make rustic garden trellis. The staff went our of their way to be helpful and make sure it was strapped down well to the car roof. Thank you all for being so helpful

Big thank you to Kevin Meakin the manager at Travis Perkins Cuffley. He went out of his way to fulfil our order of a Bosch washing machine, despite various hurdles being put in his way. Plus the machine was a really good price and the exact one we wanted. Would definitely buy from them again.

I had a difficulty after completing a key element of work for which Travis Perkins, Bognor Regis, supplied materials. Two men only were serving at the branch as a result of illness, so they were under pressure. Without hesitation the difficulty relayed to them was taken over and resolved. The level of customer service experienced in my opinion was exceptional. They were polite, skilled and achieved a better result than I would have ever expected. I would not hesitate to use this branch or recommend it to others. They were remarkable.

Really disappointing experience with Travis Perkins’ Click & Collect service. I’m used to retailers like B&Q, Screwfix and Wickes, where you can place an order online and collect it shortly afterwards.

I ordered some paint and a roller and brush set, then waited for the collection notification. After 48 hours, I contacted them and was told the order still wasn’t ready. I waited another two days and still heard nothing, so I cancelled the order. The refund eventually arrived eight days after I originally placed the order.

The items I ordered were hardly specialist or unusual, so it’s difficult to understand why the order couldn’t be fulfilled. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t use the service again.

Had a delivery today 2 stocky men ? . Dumped delivery side alleyway to property asked if they could take it round back 6 meters . Builder had told warehouse I was disabled lung neck cancer, told them I couldn't move it not their problem so I attempted to take it round as they looked driving their big lorry away.took me 2 hours to move some floor and roof joists round back, thank goodness a lady friend who delivers bathroom products turned up and dragged 3 sheets of marine 18mm ply. What more can I say pakefirld branch

Had an excellent customer experience here on 17th June 2026.
My wife and I went in with a Fencing problem and came out with a solution thanks to Pete.
He was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and we bought the correct posts and post spikes for our project.
Pete just proved that the personal touch has a great value in a sale and subsequent visits and recommendations.
Keep up the good work, a very satisfied customer.

Just had a fantastic service from Ross and all at Travis Perkins Holbrook , Sheffield.
I purchased a lock produced by ERA from TP which proved to be faulty , being 81 and no longer driving Travis Perkins offered to deliver a replacement. The new lock came without screws and faceplate so Ross came back with the old lock to make sure no missing parts.
I am really impressed with the service provided by Travis Perkins and Ross.

Ordered decking online (£214) with delivery expected the following week.

The delivery date came and went with no contact from Travis Perkins. After several calls to Customer Services I eventually spoke to the supplying branch, who advised they did not stock the timber that had been sold through the website and suggested I try other branches myself.

Customer Services were helpful and apologetic, however I had to do all of the chasing. Had I not contacted them repeatedly, I am not convinced the issue would have been identified or resolved proactively.

I made it clear that I wanted the order fulfilled rather than refunded, but the order was ultimately cancelled and refunded, leaving me to start again sourcing materials elsewhere.

Mistakes happen, but the communication, ownership and handling of the issue fell well below what I would expect.

I use Travis regularly for my construction company. Felt it was right to leave a review as they always go above and beyond to ensure prompt delivery of plant and materials. I use the Shirley Solihull branch and my main point of contact is Matt on the tool hire and Jordan on the materials. Prices are always competitive. Tool hire equipment is always in great condition and Matt always accommodates even when I give him short notice! Likewise for Jordan!
Would 100 percent recommend others to use this branch!

We had a delivery over the weekend and the driver was fabulous. There was an issue with parking on our estate causing problems for the vehicle to access. The driver was friendly, helpful and really patient whilst we sorted the access. There was no problems and we found them to be super helpful! Would 100% recommend

Had a delivery of paving stones on Wednesday. What a great guy Joe was, helpful & polite. An asset to the company.

Doesn't matter what branch you are dealing with this is by far the worst company to deal in terms of time scale, communications and logistics. Zero accountability for their poor work.

Excellent speed and service. Craig arrived early and was highly conscientious in maintaining thorough safety standards and minimising disruption on the road throughout. His operation of the grabber was excellent and he placed two bulk bags precisely, despite being slightly hampered by a vehicle. A great ambassador for your company! Thanks

Had everything I needed at my local branch in Wigton. The items were delivered within two days and Mike and his colleague maneuvered the vehicle and unloaded everything exactly where I needed. Great service and great staff.

I would like to recognise Sheldon from your Crown Road Branch Enfield, he had quite a task today with cars double parked on the roundabout, he tried but was not able to get past them to make the delivery, he agreed to come back later, Sheldon returned as promised, persevered and eventually was able to get down the road to my house, delivery a success, thank you again Sheldon also your Brother who made the previous delivery and faced the same challenges,
Travis Perkins are very lucky to have you both working for them,
I would also like to thank Gavin branch manager for all his help over the last few weeks with ordering and delivery.

When you have had an account for over 40 years and you receive a threatening text stating "you have not paid your account we are closing it". Five mile round trip to branch BISHOPS STORTFORD and turns out they have been sending emails to an address we have not used for over 10 years! No apology. No so sorry . What they should have done is
1) pick up the telephone and call
2) ask if there is a problem as payment not received
3) check email address
4) print and put in envelope and a stamp and post
5) establish if they are not going to mail statements that their customers still have correct address.
How delinquent are they . Having worked in credit control for over 35 years this company is a joke whether it's the branch or head office.

Was visited by John today on behalf of material market.
Amazing guy nothing too much trouble for him even in the thunderstorm.

Ordered a large quantity of items through our local Andover branch for a Saturday delivery, got a call the day before advising they had no driver and was rearranged for the following Thursday. Thursday came at 4:15 still no sign of the driver, so I rang the branch to be told that they weren’t delivering that day (claimed tyre issues this time) and I should’ve received a call, for which I didn’t. We rebooked it in for the following day, driver turned up and unable to deliver to the required place (though is a narrow entrance, we’ve had multiple other deliveries there). I advised I would ring the depot once a new place could be identified and rearrange it, spoke to someone on the phone who said they would try and get the driver back that day and to put the goods in a different location, however they never called back. The driver didn’t re-attempt the delivery and yard not answering the phone despite trying repeatedly. Including leaving a message (no one ever rang back). My husband tried to then collect the goods from their yard that evening, to be told that they had no suitable pallets, which was a lie because they were in the corner of the yard and the employee just couldn’t be bothered to help. Terrible Service ! avoid!
