Paul is excellent, he is friendly and professional and always finds us a great deal at Disney World based on our preferences. Sean Miller has been amazing helping me to plan my holiday to Florida, to make this stress free when I arrive. Paula was amazing! I struggled for a long time looking at multiple sites and different holidays for a group of 5. I came across travel planners and Paula gave me a call and sorted everything for us. Had a 3 week road trip across Route 66 planned for us by Tyler of TravelPlanners. He talked us through the standard 16 day package and then made adjustments to cater for our needs and extended it to 19 days. The use of TravelPlanners took the complexity out of arranging accommodation at 12 different hotels, flights and a hire car. Exceptional value for money and was unable to find anything that came close. Will be using them again for a Southern States road trip in the future. A huge thank you to Tyler.

Really impressed with the service we’ve received from Steve Taylor. He was happy to respond to my multiple questions and ensured that he found the best way for us to experience our holiday whilst sticking, as best, to our budget. Looking forward to actually going on the holiday - our bigger holiday yet - to enjoy what has been booked for us.

I previously booked a USA package through them which went fine overall—except for one hotel that wasn't what I expected. I gave them another chance for a Canada trip, but that turned out to be a mistake.

I was completely transparent upfront, even sharing a competitor’s quote to see what they could offer. They came back with what looked like a good deal, so I booked and paid. Only after payment was I told that one of the hotels was "on request" and that to get a like-for-like option, I'd need to pay an extra £1,000 to £1,500. The alternative? Get downgraded to a 4-star hotel at no cost, or pay extra for a slightly better 4-star.

It felt dishonest and manipulative. The sales team will say what they need to close a deal, but the aftersales support is only there to deflect and protect the company—not to support the customer. Be very cautious if you're considering booking with them. I won’t be back, and I can’t in good faith recommend them.

Sean Miller from TravelPlanners has been amazing from start to finish, helping me to organise our dream holiday to Florida with a cruise. Sean has spent weeks on the phone with me, giving me the best advice and alternatives to make this holiday perfect travelling with two children (one with autism). It was even under budget!!! I would definitely recommend travel planners as my experience has been so positive helping me with finer details and so much more than I expected.
