Went to Jamie at the travel house to book excursions for an upcoming holiday and then ended up also booking another holiday the day later, amazing help and everything was so smooth running and stress free. Thank you travel house for a easy experience

Friendly, helpful, found us a holiday in minutes, then got us seats, our boarding passes, checked our transfers and booked our parking. Have used them previously and will use them again.

This is the first holiday my wife and I have booked since 2017, following a very difficult time with my health and recently undergoing a double lung transplant. From the very beginning, Jamie treated us with such kindness, care, and respect. He made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the whole process, never once pushing us, but instead empowering us to make the choices that felt right for us. His patience, professionalism, and genuine support turned what could have been a daunting experience into something truly exciting and positive.

I had a package holiday booked with a different company & due to lack of numbers it was cancelled. Went to Travel House Merthyr on a friend’s recommendation.
They were brilliant! No appointment, just walked in & was seen immediately. There was no upselling nor a hint of bullying, actually the opposite. Everyone was lovely but Chris was so patient & friendly. He listened, yes made suggestions but they were always with the open mindset to save money & an easier way to do something. I walked away happy with the perfect trip, cheaper than my previous trip but with a higher or identical specification. Take the stress out of organising a holiday and go here.
